We arrived to this lab just to see that it is closed. Despite we had appointment booked online, which was confirmed and we even received a reminder of an upcoming appointment. It was marked as open online also at that day. I understand that this is just some clerk error - somebody forgot to mark it closed in the lifelab's system to prevent people from booking appointments, but it generally shows the lab's focus on customers". THE MONDAY MORNING GONG SHOW !!Patients with an appointment waiting well over an hour. Waiting room packed-in like sardines without even standing room (so much for safety). Friends and relatives of patients sitting in the waiting room. 35 patients lined up in the corridor. 3 nursing staff trying to figure out a patients check in at the front counter. Patients arguing who was in line first.Needless to say I left.

I know that I came early at 7:10 for my appointment at 8, however they were sending in people who came after me inside, those who did not bother to even book an appointment. They do not care or value other people time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL

Very rude staff. They do not consider even if you come early. They could take me before they start taking their appointments because I came 30 minutes earlier than their appointment starts. I requested them so many times that I need to go office and my mom office is down at the lakeshore but they didn't take this into their consideration.

Mega at the front desk needs to be more courteous. We’re not her school children who she needs to school and talk in a condescending manner. Ppl have to use this service and are likely not well. We don’t need negativity or scolding

I would highly recommend booking your slot online or by phone ahead of time since it gets crazy busier. I have always booked ours.Overall, great experiences. Most staff is very friendly and very good at dealing with kids too, including special needs. :)
