It’s a good building , the homeless are a serious problem because of the ubicación, but the apartment are awesome , the manager and staff have a really good customer service.

Ileana and Ciprian were of great help getting the apartment easily and at affordable price. Thanks for a great service.

I wanna share my worse experience with Woodsmere service. Seriously, first thing no security and all the homeless people are coming in the building like they own this place and secondly I’ve called them many times for plugging system in parking lots but thats not their problem they said( not an emergency issue according to them) and everybody knows how important that is for our vehicles and third moreover very critical for us as we are indians, is stove issue….I just called them atleast 4th time just for the repairment of stove working but they said it DEPENDS HOW WE ARE USING IT LIKE SERIOUSLY I’ve been cooking at home for last 15 years and they are arguing with me about my usage of the stove just because I asked for replacement and even last rime theis maintenance guy told us its not gonna any more . I highly recommend not to choose woodsmere at any cost and I am also living from here very soon.

Poor service, zero maintenance laundry machine’s are always broken, even after calling several times for maintenance no one shows up. There is no security in building, sometimes mails get stolen out of the mailbox. Highly disappointed.

If you looking for apartment for rent.prices are reasonable. Team are very friendly to help and assist. I recommend to this leasing company.

That's great experience with woodsmere Apartments, now I am moving to Saskatoon so again I rent a condo with weidner home Apartments Marquis tower. Here in prince albert weidner office people are very friendly and always ready to help people. That's was my great experience.

No security!! I never got my mails from themailbox!!!!! some of them are always open, needimprovement in cleaning of laundry machines!people wash their dogs or pet's cloth in them andnever cleaned them! hairs all over the machinesCmmon be responsible!! Living here is not toughunless you got strangers sleeping at you apt doorNeed some serious improvements in security
