Richmond Xiaolongkan Hotpot
Sorry for the photo. I forgot to take one at the beginning! Food and service was great! Tried the Tom Yum, Hong Kong Style Satay and of course, Szechuan base soups, and they were all delicious in their own way. It’s a little pricey but of course, hot pot will never be as cheap as doing it at home.

The food is great (almost the same as any other hot pot, but they have a few foods on the menu that isn’t present in other). Customer service is superb. The ambiance is great too. The price is okay. This hot pot restaurant is not an unlimited one.

Came at 9PM on a Friday evening. It wasn’t busy it all, but it might be due to the summer heat. The food and service was great. It was a little pricey for 2 people, even with 20% off, but it’s worth it if you’re in a larger group.

Food was good but not excellent, tomato and mushroom soup base tasty, but the spicy soup base was too spicy at least for my taste. Atmosphere is cozy, I like having hotpot with people chatting around. Service is good and friendly, but compare to Haidilao still far from top hospitality experience. I understand as the restaurant was quite busy when I visited.Nice decoration, this place worth a visit, I will come back fir sure but not my first option though.

Reservation recommendedWe dropped by the restaurant and waited around 45 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night, the receptionist is polite and welcomingDining atmosphereWell decorated restaurants, you can see a lot interior design details, almost every wall and every corner has its on theme, the overall vibe is authentic and cool. Very well cleaned restaurant as well.ServiceFantastic service, waiters are not pushy, making good suggestions and actually know what food are out of stock and then make solid suggestion. One big plus is that since we were sitting on the bench, the waiter didn't just stare at us from the top, he actually squatdown and to speak with us at the same height.Food qualityIt's refresh, well presented, well marinated. Fast delivery on to the tableAlso, There are a sauce bar you can go (additional $3-4 / person. and you can go nut with 3-4 kinda of appetizer and 10+ saucesPricingAfter tips and tax, around $100 / personI think it's reasonable with the quality of food that's being served. Came for dinner with friends. The services were amazing and very friendly, we don’t even need to say anything they would come and help us. The flavor is good as usual and everything is fresh and clean! Love the decoration here! Very classic.

This is place has excellent food and great atmosphere in Richmond! The spicy soup base is very delicious. You can choose the spicy level so it’s definitely helpful as I have friends can eat little spicy. I love. I always come here for friend gathering.
