I purposely waited a month before writing a review here, simply to see if any problems would arise after my phone was repaired. It was my first time trying Ali's store and I'm so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, honesty and knowledgeable staff. My cell phone screen was completely broken and unusable. They quoted me the same price as other competitors but guaranteed same day pickup, where others had estimated 2-3 days! My fear was that because of the fast turn around that the end result would not be that great and i would leave disappointed. But thankfully, my phone looked brand new again and I've had zero issues with it!! I will DEFINITELY be returning to Ali's store for anything relating to my phone... repairs, cases, glass screen protectors, etc. Thank you for being the one company I can trust and totally count on. I would recommend Ali's store to anyone wanting a quick, reliable and trustworthy service. I am so impressed with everything with this place!!! Keep it up!!

Service was amazing, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. My lightning cable became jammed in my ipad (due to falling off a tall shelf). A piece had broken off and was stuck inside the socket. Other locations quoted 4X than the cost that I was charged by Ali for repair. I recommend this business very highly.

Had to chase him up multiple times for an insurance estimate which i was told was faulty hardware. Then bizzarrely when the insurer called to confirm with them, they were told I had dropped it in water ?!

Very good experience. The guy fixed my iPhone 8 screen, I am very happy with his fast service. Can't stop myself to write about his awesome work. My little one broke my phone. I was so much worried and saw this shop passing by he fixed my screen at the spot can't explain I was crying to see my phone back so quick.
