Took my car for a Safety Inspection.Failed right at the beginning - holes in rocker panels.They stopped the Safety process right away and did not charge me anything!!Many places would have finished and charged me just to tell me it failed in first 5 minutes.Thank you for your integrity and desire to put the customer first.

I try to fix most things myself but this was one problem myself or anyone online in the forums couldn't figure out, so Niagara Auto Electric was recommended to me. These guys diagnosed and fixed it in no time and for a price I was extremely happy with! Highly recommend these guys!!!

5 stars isn't enough for this establishment. I recently had to go through the daunting process of registering my car from Alberta to Ontario. Bogdan was extremely helpful over the phone. He got us in for a safety inspection. They even fit us in to help switch over the plates. Typically, I go to my dealership for my auto services; however Niagara Auto Electric is now my go to for all my car needs!! The service is supreme, the work is high quality and the prices are unbeatable!!

I always serviced my Mercedes at an authorized dealer, I decided to give Niagara Auto Electric a chance to take care of an oil change and other issues with my Benz. It was the best decision I could have made. Five stars without question.

Do Not Reccomend!! STAY AWAYA real mechanic will tell you everything that is wrong with your car, its either these guys will either not properly diagnosis your car or simply just want you to keep coming back with issues so they can make more money off of you!!Don't be fooled like me by these other reviews I ended up bringing my car 2 times here and was happy I chose a different mechanic when more issues came up a week later when I paid for the diagnosis and was told my concern was okay smh

Very helpful! I was in Niagara Falls for a work event and on the drive from Toronto I noticed an odd sound from my vehicle. I didn’t feel comfortable driving on the highway without having it looked at. I called the shop on my lunch break and they were able to fit me in right away. They solved the issue quickly, and I was able to make it back before our break was over— thankfully, it was a simple fix. I really appreciated their flexibility and service!

Top quality, professional and honest service! Bogdan and his amazing staff went the extra mile to set up the air conditioning system in my hand crafted mid engine sports car. No easy feat! They systematically explained the service procedure and delivered with exceptional results. We don't take our cars anywhere else and I highly recommend them if you need any work done on you vehicle.
