I'm sorry to say that my experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. As a regular patron of their South Indian tali, I was dismayed to find that the quality of the dish has significantly declined. The portion of rice was so meager that I had to ask for more, only to be told that they couldn't provide the advertised matta rice, and instead, offered plain rice. This was frustrating, as I specifically chose this tali for the inclusion of matta rice.My disappointment only grew when I ordered the prawns tali, only to find that the prawns were not cooked properly. This was a serious health concern, and I was taken aback by the lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.Adding insult to injury, the quantity of food served has decreased while the prices have remained the same, leading me to believe that this restaurant is cutting corners to save costs. It's a shame that they are putting profits over the satisfaction of their customers.Finally, it's worth mentioning that the service at the restaurant was not up to par either. On a busy day, I received only 40% of what they usually serve, which left me feeling cheated and unheard.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The quality and quantity of food have declined, the service is lacking, and there are serious health concerns with undercooked food. It's best to steer clear and look for better options elsewhere.

If you miss South Indian food this the place Kerala kitchen. Came to know about this restaurant from a SriLankan friend. So you can imagine even srilankan people love there food.It’s nice small restaurant in surrey, but we’ll maintain, clean and friendly. There is lots of choice and after reading the menu your mouth will water and you will get confuse what to order.I had chicken chettinad, kerela parotta, sukha chicken and appam. I loved the chettinad, parotta and there appam is best. So who ever loves South Indian food give it a try it’s not expensive and u will get fresh food the chicken in the curry was supper soft and juicy.

had the onion masala dosa and idli - they were so good! The vibe here is really cool, with a fish tank and some nice paintings on the wall. I also loved the churney - such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I loved having the option to eat actually Keralite food, the beef and lamb dishes were very tasty and they had breakfast classics like appam and puttu. So the food was awesome. However what threw my group off was the constant Punjabi music, it made the experience much less authentic and we're reminded of how minor our South Indian community is in comparison to the North Indian community here, to take whatever scraps we are given. The service was also surprisingly slow for small bread orders. There's a veg thali I'm excited to try that's available on weekends.

I'd give them 4 start but they messed up my order so taking one star away. The ambience is better than a hole in the wall, that it looks like from the outside. Staff was polite and were trying to do their best with the limited resources they had. One thing that I didn't like was the fact that we ordered food to be extra spicy but for some godforsaken reason they did the complete opposite. Our food was extremely bland when it came to flavour and spiciness. Baffled my mind that how come a restaurant is doing literally the opposite of what we specifically asked. What if you do that to a person with food allergies? All you're doing is setting yourself up for lawsuits.

This place projects an authentic South Indian feeling. The food was quite tasty. Servers were friendly. Overall, great little spot for a taste of Kerala, though I was a bit surprised to see butter paneer on the menu - Perhaps, to cater to different taste buds. Anyway, a revisit for sure.
