Helpful staff but kept me waiting for some time. Eventually I did get my dining table from them. Great selection of everything for reasonable price.

Pleasant sales experience, with a poor delivery. I recently purchased a small sofa & ottoman that had to be ordered in. Rod, our salesperson, was not pushy at all and was great to shop with. The sofa arrived quicker than expected, and was delivered by Worrall's team for a $20 fee.Unfortunately, the delivery staff did not follow COVID guidelines, and also damaged multiple walls during delivery. Admittedly, my townhouse does not have the widest stairwells, but I've moved a laundry pair twice the weight with no issues, and moved my larger old sofa out of our room with no damage. Worralls offered to send someone to patch up the wall, but by that time I had already puttied the wall myself.If I shop here again, I will have them deliver to the door only.

Dropped off a broken stove handle to have replaced and was told that the person handling this would give me a call..almost a week later and never did hear from him ..poor customer service. Looking at their reply it obvious that they do not comucate with each other.. when I dropped off the broken handle I told the receptionist that I would be heading back to Grand Manan on Friday morning and would like to have one to take with me and asked if the person in charge of this could give me a call never heard fr him at all last week...

I bought a motorized chair that needed fixing. The staff were so nice and the serviceman came out the same day. He made 2 trips and stayed late to fix it for me. I am so glad I bought my chair there because service is everything.

Worrall's Furniture carry great quality pieces. The staff are beyond helpful. They are patient and very helpful in deciding material color choices for upholstering your pieces. They are also very COVID aware so you can feel safe while shopping. I highly recommend Worrall's for quality and a great shopping experience.

We called ahead with a stock number to ask if a coffee table/end table set was in stock before we drove 30min to the store. We were prepared to make a cash purchase. When we arrived the sales woman led us to a different piece of furniture and said she couldn’t tell the coffee tables apart since they all pretty much look the same. She referred us to a male salesman who said they had that set in the back somewhere but he didn’t want to go get it, even though we wanted to buy it. He said to come back on Monday. We asked to then buy a different set, he said they didn’t really have any in stock but he wasn’t sure, and again just come back Monday and maybe they could see what stock was in the back. We explained we work Monday to Friday and live over half an hour away and wanted to buy a living room set. He said it was just too much work to get the furniture out of the back. We offered to buy a floor model, he said they don’t do that. This is a furniture store that doesn’t want to sell any furniture? We will never return, there’s enough competitors stores that might want to make a sale.

Top notch customer service. We were so pleased with the information and treatment we received searching for a lift chair. Our first contact was with Tyler., an extremely knowledgeable salesperson. He took his time explaining everything we needed to know and patiently answered all of our questions. He was perfect and made it so easy as he guided us through our purchase. He recommended bringing my mom in before purchasing , but we did not. He was right , it was best to bring mom in to pick out her own chair. The whole staff was absolutely amazing as we maneuvered around the return of the chair. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Worrall’s Furniture Very good , honest and pleasant staff

Great service. The salesman let us in on a future sale so we saved close to 600 bucks on appliances we were willing to pay more for. All items we in stock so no wait time. The delivery guys banged up the door of the fridge on the way in the house. We called and they offered to replace the door, no questions asked. Overall very impressed. My only complaint is they charge for local delivery.
