We had them price a build for us very unreasonable quote and rude office was poorly done no attention to detail i personally would not recommend them

My husband and I just moved into our new home, built by Van Huizen Homes, on November 1st, 2019. This is our third build; however, our first home built by Van Huizen.First and foremost, we are extremely happy with our home; the layout, craftsmanship, interior and exterior finishes etc. all meet our design visions.When we were originally hunting" for a builder we had an idea of home design/layout and budget. We obtained quotes from local builders and had questions for the builders regarding price variations for the same build. It is hard to "see" why one builders' price may vary from another for the same home

Van Huizen homes was wonderful to work with. They were committed in designing the perfect home for us, and continually went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They stuck to all timelines, produced beautiful and quality craftsmanship, and built us the home of our dreams! We would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home!

My wife and I just moved into our new build by Van Huizen Homes and are extremly happy!! The workmanship and detail throughout our house is exceptional.Throughout the process they were very accommodating to our many design changes. All of the staff were very friendly and easy to work with.
