Not my choice for washing comforters anymore. Courtesy Cleaners is not only more expensive than other dry-cleaning places but it's also weird! I went there today to pick up my comforter and there was no one on the front desk. There was a bell though. I rang the bell a couple of times and waited for a while. I waited around 5 minutes, than I saw the arm of a person behind the wall that is located about 2m from the front desk. So I thought they could be wearing headphones or something, so I rang the bell about 30x for about 20 secs straight. This person didn't move. So walked to the side and saw his face, probably the owner. He wasn't wearing any ear-covering device whatsoever. He then looked at me, stood up and came to my direction. I said hi

DO NOT GO HERE. Lady scams you gives everyone different price. She gives you insane prices then charges you more without your knowledge. Paid to get my clothes in a week and she constantly says that it is not ready even a week later. She will ruin your clothes.

We have been going here for alterations for years and have always been happy with the prices and results. However, in the recent months they have ruined two pairs of pants for us - a pair of designer jeans and suit pants. Both were hemmed significantly shorter than requested and could not be worn. The jeans were a shame but not being able to wear the suit pants put me in an impossible situation as I needed to wear them for an event and was left with pants that did not fit. On top of the terrible job done, it is very difficult to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier. While I understand that English is not everyone’s first language (including myself), I do believe they being able to effectively and accurately communicate with customers is an absolute requirement for any business that cares about customer satisfaction. Do not recommend alterations here at all!

Got suit and dress pants dry cleaned here for the first time. Both items were shrunk considerably, now I need to throw them in the garbage. I have gotten them dry cleaned at another place for years before I moved around here. This place basically cost me more than a thousand dollars. I'd reccomend going somewhere better if you dont want your clothes shrunk.

This lady destroyed my wedding dress - the dress now has huge yellow patches all over and the colour went from pearl white to complete white. When I pointed this, she claimed that it was already like that. WHY on earth would I buy a dress with yellow patches all over and wear that at my wedding?! A very dishonest business and one day it will catch up to them. Avoid these people if you don’t want your precious dress or other clothing item destroyed without any acknowledgement or responsibility. I’m heart broken and I hope my feedback can help someone else.
