One star because they will have that rare piece of hardware nobody else has but that's after I've traveled to every other shop nearby first. I wish I could invoice them for the time I'm waiting for service at the counter. Not once have I waited for less than an hour. Longer if you go when they're busy. Hard to believe they're still in business. I've seen lots of staff there but it's usually only one who serves the counter. They really couldn't care less about customers standing around for as long as they do.

Had an excellent experience at Facca today! I needed a few small screws and springs that I couldn't find anywhere else in London. The staff at Facca treated me like family, couldn't recommend them higher.

I needed a specialized set screw. Couldn't find it at any of the big box places and the only other option was ordering online and paying a high delivery cost. Facca had the screw and gave it to me free! You really couldn't ask for anything more.

Staff went the extra mile to help me find a part to fix my elliptical machine.

I've been coming to this little fastener shop, as a last resort for years. They have a good selection of hard to find fasteners and parts, but I'll always go everywhere else first, home depot, home hardware, anywhere. And I always dread having to come here.The service is incredibly slow. They've usually got only a couple people working that wander back and forth with no real urgency or regard for customers time.Today I stood in line for 20 minutes, behind 2 other people waiting to be served and bought 2 of the items I needed online on Amazon before making it to the counter. If you've got no plans for the day, great little shop.

I recommend making every effort to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and buy online. Service (Joe) was anything but extraordinary. I expect more from a family owned business. I won’t be going back.

I just had a wonderful experience visiting the store to try to solve a problem involving a problem that I couldn’t solve at Home Depot or Canadian tire or anywhere else and it would be considered a small issue for a company this size but the lady at the front desk was wonderfully friendly, wonderfully helpful, and came back with exactly the screws that I needed…And then said I could have them for free even though she took 5 to 10 minutes reseqrching in the back to solve my problem.. this type of customer experience service is rare and I would highly recommend this business based on the amazing attitude of the employee that I encountered at the front desk and I will tell everybody I know the story and I hope the amazing employee is rewarded for having an attitude that is very rare in this day and age. My partner and I were looking for an unusual screw, an our level of knowledge was low. We began at Home Depot but they did not appear to have the product or know much about it, so we went to Facca. What a difference expertise makes - the lady we spoke to inspected our screw and immediately suggested a replacement in a couple lengths. Thanks so much for the great experience with a product we know next to nothing about!

Production was at a standstill because of a stripped part on a machine. I called Facca and had what I needed delivered by my courier within an hour. My order with Facca cost next to nothing but I was treated with the same respect as a big customer. Great service.
