I've been to this location numerous times, and I always have a great experience. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and if I can't find something they're very helpful in finding it for me. There's somebody doing Demos in there yesterday with treats for the animals. Definitely a great shopping experience.

Kate really went above and beyond in service! She was so very helpful and kind, her service was exemplary! They had everything we needed at bosleys and what they didn't have at one location, they had at the other location 15 minutes away. Highly recommend checking them out for all your pet needs!

Wonderful store. All the girls there are great, you can tell they all love what they do. The manager has gone over and above for me several times now; she always provides top notch service. Highly recommend! Nice to visit the cats, too.

Love this store! They are the best, always a great visit. They helped me find a great new food for my picky kitty, and they do a ton of fundraising for their cat shelter. Ask them about their amazing goodie bags! So much good stuff, all for a great cause.

I do not like the Bosley’s in Tawassen. Not only do they charge more for everything than the pet store just across the street from them but the staff is always really rude. I don’t normally write reviews, especially negative ones because I understand everyone has bad days but every time I come here the lady that works here Kate is rude. I recommend Pets N Nuts which is just across the street on 56th. The staff there is lovely and it’s way cheaper.

Bosley's Tsawwassen is an extremely well run pet supply store with a large and well chosen inventory and staffed by a very knowledgable owner/manager and cheerful, helpful, cohesive employees. You will find essential pet products here that are not available at other Bosley's locations. It's a pleasure to shop here.

We have a dog with food alergies and Bosleys has a great selection of limited ingredient foods. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We also adopted two rescue kittens that were at this location and they gave us free litter, food, a cat bed, scratch pad, toys, collars, id tags, and more. It's really great store.

Kate is a shining star, and the staff at her location reflect her love, knowledge and dedication to pets and pet parents of south delta. It’s not often that you get a small store feeling at a large chain like Pet Valu but the tsawwassen location goes above and beyond. While working with rescues they put in countless extra hours of hard work preparing goodie bags, prepping the store with extras and putting on special sales directly to their causes.
