Epidart Tattoos Since 1995

It's been over 10 years and I still have muscle and nerve damage from the tattoo I recieved here. Horrible place

So happy with my tattoo! They are incredibly nice and easy going, let them know I don’t like pain and Jess took her time with me letting me know I can ask for a break at any time! Highly recommend. I will be back.

Horrible service.!! Terrible! Do not get piercings here! Got my Monroe, repierced. So I had it done properly before, but the son of the shop, who said he pierced it right, went threw my lip where I would apply lipstick, that's where the back of my piercing sat. Touching my bottom lip when my mouth was shut.. I knew something was off right away. So when I looked in the mirror I asked what happened there.. I can feel where the hole was the first time around on the inside of my mouth... but he went down in a angle. Told me I was wrong and that it was not angled, and that the previous job would have been, then adds he can repierce it where i wanted it ... Uh no thanks, I almost passed out from the trauma it caused. Horrible bruising afterwards. Never had that before. Bad bleeding, intensive swelling. Had to get a real place" to get it out thankfully. Who added that was a horrible experience that I never should of went threw & that it was done wrong completely!"

Takes pride in their work. No rush to finish. Don't answer phone while working.

I had a blast. Steve did a great job re-doing a piece that was looking really old and a new piece that I'm very happy with !

We went to the shop and he referred to contact with their email(even we already met in person). So,Tried to get an appointment and they never replied because of the discussion about my wife scars on her elbow I think. So we moved on and get to another artist. They might be best around but you still need to improve your communication with your clients I think. Thanks

Never again. This is 1.5 year ordeal. I bought my wife a gift card to get a tattoo on christmas 2015. Since that time my wife has unsuccessfully tried to book an appointment by telephone, in person or by email. When she actually got in contact, she'd be given the runaround. After exactly 18 months of trying she finally managed to have an appointment booked today at 9:30am. Steph the tattoo artist didn't show and couldn't come in because he was busy building his deck.Another artist was contacted, and they did the work in under 10minutes. It's not like it was a massive tattoo.Anyway, avoid this place at all cost. We had previously dealt with this tattoo parlour before, but today was the last time. Apparently, repeat clients and customer service is not a priority here . For a business that's been in operation for so long, you'd think the experience would be better. There are several shops in Moncton to consider before going to Epidart.
