Received a call from an agent claiming to be collecting outstanding account on behalf of Fidem. To proceed asked to provide date of birth. Declined this request stating that I do not provide information to unknown parties.Advised agent to send information in writing to confirm their allegations. Provided agent with appropriate mailing address as a courtesy gesture so a letter can be mailed explaining all the facts etc. Agent wanted to email to which I agreed, wanted me to verify the email. Proper party would have the information on file.Agent proceeded to accuse me of taking money" from people...to which I responded she is threading a dangerous path. Advised to bring allegations before the court and the judge. Agent proceeded to say that I'm refusing to cooperate. Advised that court is how reasonable parties resolve matters. More so she has not yet confirmed identity or send any of the information in writing. Would not allow me to speak and constantly interrupted. Spoke loudly over her instructing her to submit matters in writing before having such conversation.Will be advising Ministry of Consumer Affairs over agent's conduct. Will be asking Ministry to revoke license."

This company has repeatedly called my BUSINESS phone, and REPEATEDLY been told this number does not belong to who they are looking for. This has been ongoing for the over 6 months now. I also have recorded messages left by them, giving out this person they're seeking-personal information.I am now looking online for this person myself, to give them these messages - as it violates the privacy act.If I get one more call from them, I will be seeking monetary compensation, especially for a number change.I am now notifying the proper channels and authorities.I urge others to do the same, if you are being harassed by this company, too.

I personally had a good experience with D&A group. I needed a letter of release from them for my property closing, and they provided the letter right away. I really appreciate your immediate help Kim Pottingen.

This group calling me daily and asking my personal identification on behalf of my university. I don’t know from where they got my email id and all other information. It seems like they have hacked my account. I called the university they said they do not have the name of the person on the list like D&A group. They are trying to get my personal information to get into my bank accounts

I called this # &press 1 reaction itself and it hung up.They called my work and mDe problem alreadyEvery Friday afternoon before 2p.m Vancouver time , lady called and leave msg for me but when returning her call. The phone it hung up.

The man I spoke to about my file, kept talking over me, never letting me finish explaining that I had paid what they were trying collect, or any other thing I was trying to talk to him about, weeks ago to Easy Park BC itself. He was rude, needs a lesson in listening and not interrupting

I paid them in full in November, they confirmed to have received the money but won't give the money to the lender. The lender won't mark me as paid off until they receive the money from DA Group Services. Ever since I paid DA Group Services they wont answer my calls nor emails. Anytime I call from a different number and get through to them, they put me on hold then put me to a voicemail. I feel like I got scammed. Karl Choute and Stephane Rolland (branch manager) were the reps I spoke with and who wont answer my calls nor emails.UPDATE - 6 months later they still haven't updated my credit report. I have the streak extension to see when people open my emails, they always claim to not receive my emails even when I reply on their previous emails.

These guys are legit.I called CIBC directly and confirmed they do work with this agency. The CIBC agent was also able to confirm everything D & A had set up (exact dates and phone numbers, amounts paid, ect)I can also confirm this company is legit because they are on my credit report.I suggest everyone who says it's a scam, double check with the company they said you owe because you definitely have unpaid accounts lol

I had one of the most pleasant and satisfying experience dealing with D & A Collection Corp. on a business debt with Roya Bank of Canada. The agent was very understanding and worked with me in getting the matter resolved. Everything resolved in 1 week.Thanks

I’ve never been called by this company however they sent me a very formal looking letter. When I called the company that sold my debt they couldn’t find any on my account even when I mentioned this company. This company is real I confirmed with Equifax however they have no records of a reported collections account in my name so they think it was sent by mistake.
