The layout of the place is a little confusing because it is literally connected to the Volvo dealership. Some of the cars seem to be all over the place but it's a little expected as its not large lot. However the staff was nice and friendly. They treated me very well and have nice vehicles. Although I would have liked to see more f-types there. Overall great experience.

The Service department is excellent. Jason is superb, and resolved all my issues. Doug is excellent, advises what was completely, gives a tour of your car to make sure all is acceptable.

The entire team from Management, Service, Mechanics, Technicians, Reception was excellent. Thorough and professional; no hidden surprises and offered good advice for future maintenance. Clean shop and seamless service experience. Particular thanks to Ziyad, Jason, Ahmad for making my service experience go so well. Highly recommended!

I didn't buy my Jaguar here but was in town visiting family. Had a serious car issues which required urgent attention as I had to return to Toronto 3 days later. James is a top notch service advisor. He understood the urgency, and did everything he could to help He is very honest and kept me in the loop with every step of the repair. Despite the technicians being overwhelmed by tire change season, they were able to get me on my way within a couple of days (had to wait for parts), with everything covered under warranty. Don't hesitate bringing your J or LR here for service.

Bought a 2021 F Pace 340 here and because we live 500 km away all negotiations were conducted on line and over the phone. Everything went smooth as could be and Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He picked us up at the airport and we were soon on our way home in our fantastic new car. Did an aftermarket PPF wrap and ceramic coating and it looks amazing'

Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived for my appointment to the time I picked up my car . They went above what I expected giving me helpful suggestions making sure they did not do anything that was not truly required on annual maintenance considering my low mileage for the age of the car. Had asked that they change my brakes if necessary They only did that for the rear saying that clean up and adjustments was good enough for the front In other words they thought of their client. All this with a smile .Since the move and the new administration in place the Service department is just the best.

Unbelievably Poor Service. This is my first google review, as I was shocked at how bad they were at Jaguar Ottawa Service Department.We spent $2300 on fixing an issue with sporadic rough idle that came and went (very cold week). They had our F-Pace for 5 days while waiting for parts that we agreed to replace 2 parts that “would fix the issue” even though they didn’t know if it was the sensor or the fuel pump, we replaced both just to resolve the issue. We picked up the car once ready and engine light was off. The engine light came back on after 20kms of driving the same day. We brought the car back expecting them to fix an issue that was possibly a mistake when reinstalling parts, but no, this was “a new totally unrelated issue” even though the issue was a rough idle the same as it was when we brought it in previously. There was now a third error code, including the two original ones that still remained. They wanted to do a smoke test (3 hours= $480) to further diagnose a vacuum leak that apparently wasn’t there until later the same day we picked up the car even though they had been working around in the engine bay during the previous fix earlier that week. They claim this vacuum leak was not there. They charged another $160 for the visit to “check if it was anything they did while fixing it before” and of course took no responsibility. We spent $2500 and left with our engine light still on and new components that seemed to be trial and error with our money which did not solve our problem. The worst service I have ever received.Update: After not allowing Jaguar Ottawa to conduct the Smoke test with our F-Pace, we took it to Jaguar Hunt Club, who quickly identified the issue as a PCV Valve issue that was fixed for $240 total. This is the same issue that I recommended they look into in the first place, after my research with the error codes I obtained, but was told to “leave it to the professionals” by Jaguar Ottawa. A PCV valve issue would also not have been found by a smoke test so we would have been further down a rabbit hole of wasted money if we had kept the car at Jaguar Ottawa.
