Amazing service at Surplus Furniture St. Catharines. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. They answer any questions you have and are honest. I will be returning when I need a couch or any house furniture in the future.

Very happy with the service here, felt no pressure at all, was able to browse the whole store at our own leisure, and ended up getting a great deal on a sectional and a chair! Nick helped us out and was very friendly and great to do buisness with. We will definitely be recommending him and this place to others.

Was in the store today and purchased from two loveseats a TV table and a lamp and deal with the salesman and I dealt with the assistant manager both of them were very professional excellent men to work with and came up with an excellent package that both men worked on very very professional and came up with a price for me that I could afford was within my budget and I'm having a product delivered in the time that I had asked for very happy very happy with the store. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friendsAs you can see the couch picture below shows the product 1day after it was delivered it took me alot to get them to come over and all they did was take a picture and said that they would replace it in a few days. It's now been over a month and I still have a brand new broken love seat that the legs don't lock down and Surplus Furniture hasn't done anything to resolve the matter. So what is good for a Buy is not as clear as the muddy waters we walk in. Beware.

I purchased furniture a couple of years ago from Surplus and went back yesterday 01/04/23 to purchase additional furniture. The salesman was Ron who was so nice and courteous. He was such a delightful person to deal with, not pushy, just down to earth and very patient. Thank you Ron for the pleasant experience. I decided to go back today and purchase more and this time Kyle and Jon K were the gentlemen who assisted me. I cant say enough kind words about them. So pleasant, cheerful and all around superb customer service skills. I'm so glad there is a furniture store besides the big brand name ones who are able to give their customers exceptional customer care. This place was amazing. From the moment my wife and I walked in we felt at ease shopping here. after going to other stores in the area it was such a breath of fresh air. No pushing, no forced anything. just a smile and a great helpful attitude. love it. we were helped by Carly who was kind, and very helpful. She got us set up with everything we needed and explained everything perfectly. Once we made our decision we went over to the counter and we met another employee named John. He was also very friendly and started chatting with us. the whole thing felt like we walked into a friend's house. As someone who HATES shopping, i could not have asked for more A PLUS

Went to surplus furniture yesterday with my husband and toddler. Nick immediately greeted us and helped us find what we needed. He checked if the mattresses we were contemplating about were in stock and then gave us space to decide what was the best fit for our family. This was a huge deal for me as sometimes salespersons makes you feel pressured and rushed, but Nick was amazing. 10/10 will be shopping here again and recommending to friends and family!

Purchased a set today, the gentlemen working were very helpful. They knew when to give space to us as we browsed and recognized the moment to jump in and assist, I appreciate this because tbh I don't want someone just pushing me to what they think I want.
