Just had my 15 year old door that was installed by Anchor Doors service by another company for the first time. They were shocked at the poor/wrong wiring on the garage door motor AND laser eye beam, poorly done. Next they found the support beams had screws/bolts holding the door up with no backing nuts holding the bolts. The cable was loose on one side. All the installation and service work by Anchor Doors seems to be shoty. The new company redid the wiring, levelled the door, redid the bolts and supports. The door actually runs smoothly now, we never knew.

Even though they were booking into the following week, Karen managed to fit me in when a nearby technician had some time while waiting for a parts order to come in for another job. A friendly, efficient technician, Rory, was in my driveway fixing my broken garage door (with an upgraded spring) less than an hour after my Friday morning phone call! My car was free from my garage exactly 20 minutes later! They even honoured the ancient 10% off flyer that was stuck to the door probably more than a decade ago. Would definitely recommend this local Okanagan/interior company.

Went in with a control panel that didn’t work was told that they discontinued the model I had so I said I’ll take any model they have that will work. They brought out a model and I bought it took it home doesn’t work for my door asked to return they said final sale on a product that they said would work poor customer service would not recommend to anyone. Went over to overhead door Vernon they set me up with the proper panel and was on my way home happy for all your overhead door needs I recommend Overhead door Vernon they have amazing customer service

The spring from our garage door came dislodged from the wall in our garage. This was the only company who answered their phone. They showed up the same day. The technician was friendly and helpful. The repair cost was very fair and the work was done quickly. In a city where it seems like no one picks up their phone for the small jobs, it was nice getting prompt and professional service at a fair price. Thank you!

Very happy with the two new garage doors we purchased from Anchor Door Service. Mike K provided fast & friendly customer service throughout, and we appreciated his input on door style and color choice. Installation happened just like scheduled by personal & efficient installer. I would highly recommend Anchor Door Services in Kelowna. We have an old garage door that was falling apart and the spring broke. Anchor Door Services return our call right away and got their awesome technician Kyle to our house the same morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems, swap out the old parts, and reinforce the door likely extending its life for many more years. Great job and exceptional customer service.

Prompt, on time, repaired the door on minimal notice. Very professional. Price was fair and even provided some additional service to other doors. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Had an appt., they couldn't keep to their time, so called to reschedule, left 3 messages and no call back. Wow. Is this a company you want to do business with? I'll try Legacy, and hopefully they'll be better.

DO NOT USE ANCHOR DOOR WARNING !!They are con artistes I used them for my newgarage door opening they have no selection and told me they could order what I want. When it came time to order the door they ordered the wrong one. I went back and forth with them for over 3 months the sales guy offered me a full refund. Then the owner emailed me and said it’s my problem and they are not offering me a refund and the sales guy doesn’t have the authority to offer a refund. Not to mention when they did install the door, the installer screwed up the door so bad it wouldn’t raise all the way. So I had to leave my side by side parked in my driveway the long weekend with my truck parked in front of it so no one would steel my side by side.
