Absolutely terrible service. Customer service gives you attitude, technicians are not transparent and it's just excuse after excuse about why your phones aren't working. I I feel like I'm in some remote area with such inconsistent phone service but I'm in Downtown Vancouver! Avoid like the plague.

Jerry, Dave and the team are fantastic to work with. They make you feel like family. We had a service outage last week. Within fifteen minutes they had a technician get us back up and running. The communication and service of the team is top notch.
