Stay away. These guys did torch on for my roof deck. 12 months later, tons of water and air bubbles causing leaks. Overall an extremely poor job. Gary is trash. Won't stand behind his work and will completely ghost you w promises to fix. Stay away from fraserview roofing.

Fraserview Roofing and Renovation
We hired Fraserview Roofing to replace our roof, install gutters, new sofifs and close in two of our balconies. We are very happy with our renovation and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They were very honest and proffesional. Really good communication; whenever I had a question I got a response right away. There was no hidden fees and by far gave us the best price compared to other companies. They also left the home/yard very clean after the renovation was completed.

Fraserview Roofing and Renovation
We hired Fraserview Roofing to replace the roof on our house.It was quite a big job as there was 4 layers of previous roof to remove before the new shingles could be applied but Fraserview Roofing got the job done quickly and at a good value price.They started on a Wednesday and had the roof just about complete by Friday afternoon. They also did a very good job of the clean up after the roof was complete.I recommend them for any roofing work you may need.

THESE GUYS are awesome! and they have really decent price compared to others, just recently had a new roof, and Gary has been really professional, and had tried his best to accommodate almost every demand of mine! would go for them again if needed in the future.

Recently had a new roof installed at our place in Kits. Very pleased with the work that was done. Both Gary and Josh whom I dealt with, as well as their staff ,performed high quality work at VERY competitive prices . The work was done meticulously and everything was cleaned up very nicely once the job was completed. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. Am very glad my friend recommended me to them.

Fraserview Roofing and Renovation
Roof installation work was done by a subcontractor of the Company, who worked alone on the roof. Gaps on gables on both sides of the house were left uncovered. These were previously covered. At lease half a dozen times, phone calls were made by me and promises to fix this the following week were made every time. Nothing was done. It has been seven months since full payments for roofing work were made in June 2022. Another roof installer, who was working at a neighbor's roof saw this flaw and commented And you did not have rainwater inside yet? May be gable overhangs are saving me from flooding

Mr Gary and Mr Josh we’re amazing! We had a few quotes from other “recommended businesses”, but Mr Gary knew exactly what needed to be done and gave us great suggestions adding onto our design ideas. His team did an exceptional job and all the workers were very friendly! Both Mr Gary and Mr Josh we’re very helpful and informative with all the questions we had. Both were very efficient and accommodating with changes and inquiries we had. Neighbors have, and still are, complimenting how nice our home renovations are and how modern the house now looks. I would highly recommend this company!
