Bought a couch and ottoman $4000It was delivered When we got it up stairs we discovered that no holes had been drilled to screw in the feet! Plus the washers that were sent for the feet were to small ! I Put in my complaint a few weeks ago and was told the issue would dealt with . Sent a message for an update had no response ! Pathetic customer service and shoddy workmanship. I like their furniture and was going to purchase more pieces but based on this experience we will be going else where . Had really good experience with Casalife in Toronto! I wish I had read Urban Barn reviews before purchasing from them. Are you able to please send us a photo with the following;1 screw, 1 washer, and one screw put in the washer?As well, I have been advised by our dedicated team that the Hensley Sofa actually does not come with the holes for the legs pre-drilled. So, when customers order the Hensley sofa specifically they drill the holes in themselves or they find a furniture repair team to drill the holes.The services for drilling the holes if you choose to hire a company to do so would not be covered by Urban Barn - I'm sorry.Once you send a photo of the washers, screws and one screw in the washer the dedicated team can support with this.Sincerely,WOW hilarious if it wasn’t so ridiculous!I had already sent pictures that were requested!I can’t believe that Urban Barn would sell furniture that in their own words needs a furniture repair company or for the purchaser to have Drill and bits and ability to do the task !??? Dear Urban Barn why would you sell this furniture without drilled holes for the feet and not and tell the purchaser !

I visited this store three times while visiting the area on vacation. Each time I was treated poorly by one staff person Suzanne. Even though I was with my elderly mother each time I was left to wait for help while she chatted with another customer. Yes Suzanne really likes to share her knee problems to say the least. I left pretty frustrated each time but my mother wanted a throw so I returned one more time to purchase. Suzanne once again had us wait while she chatted and thought nothing of my mom standing there with her walker. If it wasn’t for my mom I would not have returned. The service was nothing short of atrocious and rude.

This store is amazing and the personnel there are truly awesome. I went in to get some pillows and they had a great selection which matched my decor perfectly. I also picked up a fleecy blanket to snuggle under on the couch and it is perfect! Kudos to the sales people and the management

Honestly one of the best Customer Experience I have ever had. Special mention to Trudy, as she guided throughout the whole process and made buying a sofa an enjoyable experience.

I had one of the best shopping experiences and customer service interactions here. Suzanne, the store manager took the time to go through living room furniture, to assisting in the color esthetic and all. It's so rare to find associates that truly exceed expectations and she did that to a tee. I will go back to this store a hundred times over. Thank you!!

I absolutely love Urban Barn! Had such a great experience buying our sofa and ottoman. Great quality at a great price. You cannot go wrong buying your furniture there! Our sales rep, Jodi, was very helpful!
