Elio's Foot Comfort Centre
I went to Elio's for the first time, and had the most positive experience possible. They were extremely kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Karen assessed and fitted me, and she was absolutely incredible. She took her time going through every aspect of the assessment and fitting, made sure I understood what she was talking about, and went above and beyond in service. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be back for any future needs!

Elio's Foot Comfort Centre
It's been a long time since I've needed shoe repair, but Elio's is the name people around me would raise the most, when it came to Shoe Repair. So, I stopped in at Elio's in June, 2023, with some shoes that I need repaired and refurbished, but Elio's staff advised me that they no longer provides those services. They seem to be focused on custom/medical footwear; medical/health specialization, Orthotics… They gave me a small list of a few places in St Catharines for shoe repair. Although no longer an option for shoe repair, they were very nice and tried to be helpful.

Nida is AMAZING! I have never had a practitioner as thorough, gentle and kind as her. I always look forward to by chiropodist appointment! She builds such great client relationships. I 100% recommend her!

This business was very helpful with my brother's foot issues. They listened to us and assess his walking.They were very knowledgeable to help him with the insurance and paperwork.They made him feel comfortable and special. He was happy with his shoes.Would definitely recommend this business

Staff are AWESOME! The engage their clients, ask great questions. I'm 23 and have ensoles for my shoes and I was very nervous. Ashley was very understanding and explained everything making sure I was comfortable at each step of my appointment

Elio's Foot Comfort Centre
I ruined my knee a few years ago, and finally had it diagnosed and a OSSUR brace was prescribed. I got it and it worked fine until it broke... But the Elios people arranged for it to be replaced and I got it done today. Mitchell did an exceptional job in fitting me and helping me understand how to use it. I recommend Elios for any knee and below problems.

The receptionist and footcare specialists are professional but Rob only seems to care for the sale not the comfort of the client . He will tell you it fits when it doesn't. He will tell you thats your size even when it's small . I find that extremely aggravating .

Bought an expensive pair of shoes in Hamilton and took them to Robert to have 9 mm added to one sole. They came out fabulous and were cheaper than what I was quoted. Good job.

Staff is friendly and reception staff are wonderful. Went for my first pair of orthotics and have had more pain than I went in with. After my second adjustment I asked them to recast my foot because this amount of discomfort and pain can't be right. FYI: There is no return policy at all just free adjustments for 6 months. Really praying the second pair is bearable or I'm out $500 out of pocket.
