If I could give zero stars I would. Had my father in law change locks for us and we are having trouble putting them back on. We called to do service call to our house and refuse to come. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I've been a customer of Avenue Lock for many years and they never fail to deliver prompt, professional, knowledgeable service. Today their technician arrived and he quickly resolved an issue I was having. His 25 years in the business was certainly an asset; a hard worker with energy and proven results, i was glad to have him working on my problem.

This company changed the keys to my lock and we couldn't put it back on and they refused to come and install the locks. We are stuck now and have to call another locksmith. I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself some time and go with a different lock smith.

I need to get the locks in the house re-keyed after a purchase. Fares came in, assessesed the situation and was able to re-key the three lock sets the same, saving carrying extra keys. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and the price was as quoted. Definitely will use them again.

I had a good experience here so I am writing to maybe help balance out the negative reviews. I called them a couple of years ago when I locked myself out of the car. I had groceries in there, it was the middle of winter, and my dog who could see me standing outside kept howling and barking. They showed up promptly, opened my car door and saved the day. They have also made me a copies of keys through the years. I have been pleased with their service (last I used them was 2013).

This place insisted we pay cash directly to the locksmith who showed up, promised a receipt but that they couldn't provide it on-site and they would email it. Because this work was part of an insurance claim, we could not just let this slide - so we spent the next several days calling and hassling. They delayed us, asked us to call another time, etc. Then they refused to email it and said we should pick it up. Each interaction after they found out we needed a receipt was incredibly rude each time, as if he was doing us a huge favour by abiding by the law. I would never use this company again - I prefer honest businesses.

Fantastic service and attention to detail. I had a very old lock but no key Rob went out of his way to get me the right key cut. He way above and beyond. I will definitely use this store for all my lock/key related purchases in the future.
