I went into this store and like always IIiah is freaking awesome! I always love dealing with her, she's always smiling, up beat and does whatever she can to help in the best way. Thank you girl, you're the best!

Staff have jackass attitudes! Busy yapping with customer who isn’t even buying anything, while I was standing there waiting to be helped.

The staff there are so disrespectful. When i got there there wasn't anyone in the store but the people they were helping. I waited patiently for them to finish while i looked for what i wanted. All the while people started to show up at that time. I found what i wanted and asked them if they could grab it for me. There response was you know there's a line. I said yes i have been waiting for you to finish with the customers and that there was no line when i first got there. The look they gave me to was just so rude and made me feel like they didn't want me in there. And they wouldn't help me with what i wanted to buy

Excellent customer service, friendly workers that know the products they sell very well. Everything is always in good working order. Dealt personally with iliah and it was one of the smoothest transactions I could ask for 10/10 would recommend

Great staff! Hard working staff who provide the best customer service to each and everyone who enters their business! They all make sure everyone’s needs are met in a timely efficient manner, and if they cannot meet someone’s needs they give full explanation as to why and what other options you may have! It is a great environment for everyone in all ages!I only rated 5 stars because that is the internets limit, 10/10 in my books!

Ok place to buy stuff, terrible place to pawn. Only offer you 1/4 of its total value. Better off on market place.

When I called to extend my loan I supposedly talked to the “person” who does all the “pulling”of items. Then I find out when I went in two weeks later. (To pay my loan)Nope , apparently no one got the message. (I didn’t call )they pulled and sold my PlayStation …the same day… nice . Real professional… when I looked into the complaint process I found that this company is registered under Alberta NOT BC this means that you have to file paperwork in Alberta to get anything done.There also not registered under a pawnbroker neither even tho clearly they should be.Do not recommend
