Excellent Staff, always kind and considerate. Katrina is always looking for a way to fit you into the right time with the right practitioner.Many successful injury recoveries with the help of Dr Jimmy.This time my wife hurt her back and it was excruciatingly painful. Dr Jimmy had her out of pain and getting stronger again in less than a week. Absolutely incredible!Our family is always into fitness as a result we sustain some injuries from time to time. Form and Function has always successfully helped us recover and through the process strengthen us.They are excellent!I highly recommend them.

I regularly visit Ceci for massage therapy for the pain in my shoulders and back. Ceci is absolutely incredible! She is knowledgeable, professional, and knows exactly how to locate and address my problem areas. Not only that, she is a pleasure to chat with, and I find myself looking forward to every session with her!

Reception staff are helpful. RMTs are professional and skilled. They always make sure I'm comfortable. No problems with fragrances here—sheets, towels and the oil used are all very fresh.

Was referred to this clinic by a family member. Great Clinic. Ada was my chiropodist and was very friendly & professional. She was asking lots of questions about my lifestyle in order to provide the best recommendation. She also did various tests & provided some stretches to improve flexibility in legs. Received my orthotics today & explained the break-in process to ensure comfortability. Overall, great work.

Ceci(Hong)'s treatment is beyond any massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. After the first treatment, my tight shoulder and lower back pain has improved significantly. I would really like to have a few more treatments with Ceci and sadly learned that she is leaving this clinic by the end of this month.Thank you, Ceci!

RMT Ceci was fantastic she listened to the issues and was able to provide feedback and was honest about the treatment (rare to find in this industry) I would highly recommend finding time with her and will be looking to go back for another session,

I had a visit with Ceci the RMT, and it was a great experience. The result was visible right after this first treatment as my tense muscles are gone and feeling very relaxed. Ceci was very friendly, genuine and professional at what she does. Her knowledge and skills was undoubtedly amazing. I would definitely return and recommend Ceci to everyone I meet.

I booked myself a new patient exam today. Dr. Duong was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. The world of chiropractic care has changed so dramatically over the years and I’m so appreciative of his expertise. Katrina at reception was warm, friendly and was very helpful.
