Gm ,can you please recheck your duck bread .for all who know duck bread this is a poor example of a duck bread. You have a business running and you have a good reputation in the community ,keep your standard and reputation on top at all time.

I purchased a 6 pack of Bulla cakes; my mother who is sickly started eating one and came upon a long strand of hair that was stucked in the bulla. This is highly unacceptable. It would indicate that bakers are not wearing hair protection when preparing the bake goodies. This lack hygiene and my stomach is turning. I cannot eat your product anymore. I have the picture and video.

I know its been mentioned to you before, could you change the way your bullas the 2 packs are packaged. They cannot always be scanned as the barcodes are usually wrinkled. If you want people to buy things, you should listen and change it.

Love your spice bun.....but your new packaging most go. Once you open the package you cannot reseal it and the bun dries out and go to waste. Thanks

No customer service skills. It’s sad that businesses operate in this way it will scare away potential customers. It closes at 5pm but on a Wednesday at 3:30 I was informed I was not able to make a wholesale purchase due to the manager not being in the office.
