I had a consultation with Me Stéphane L'Écuyer about a demand letter. I thought that I would have results, but to my surprise nothing. I wasted $3000 on his services with no outcome. I wish he could have told me when we first met that this would be a long procedure or no results. He was very fast in collecting the retainer of $1500 and I was charged for every email and phone call. He never replied to my last email but sent me an invoice. I was very dissatisfied with the work done versus the costs charged.

Unfortunately the fact that a conflict of interest existed in my case did not prevent them from using my entire $5,000.00 retainer and once funds depleted suggest I change firms to avoid potential ramifications or delays. Obviously they will refute my statement and find some valid justification to excuse this slight oversight"."

for many years I was struggling with a divorce case and I changed many lawyers but since I started working with MR.Giancarlo Di Pietro, I got my divorce only in one court session. it was unbelievable how much he was professional and committed to his client.

Impressed at first, but quickly disappointed. I was assisting my partner with his custody case and felt really bad because I'm the one who had recommended these attorneys.They communicate well, have a nice office, are very friendly and re-assuring. So we felt really good at first. They bombarded the other attorneys with proceedings. Made us feel very confident.However, in court, we were against an attorney from a well-known Montreal firm who only spoke only about 10% as much as our two attorneys did (we had the head of the firm and one of her junior men), but he completely unhinged them. It was quite embarrassing. We ended up having to settle because after three hearings, it was pretty clear we were going to lose a lot.I also felt bad because at the early stage, when we were still impressed by them, I had recommended them to someone else, and they also ended up quite disappointed.I would not recommend them nor use them again.
