I have just had beautiful engineered hardwood floors the I purchased from Acadian installed by them.I’ve had great flooring done by Afshen and the team at Acadian on a number of occasions over the last 12 years!Afshen and John have outdone themselves this time guiding me and helping me choose a wonderful product. Their installers Aresh and his associate Kyone did a really great professional installation .The outcome is beautiful and the experience was very positive. I will continue to use Acadian Flooring and contact Afshen and John again in the future.

Buyer beware of their products! Acadian Flooring does not stand behind the quality of their products, and/or doesn’t return phone calls unless it’s pertaining to a sale.I purchased several cases of American Oak “Hazelnut” engineered hardwood to be installed by another professional company. The installers advised me they had to throw away about an entire case worth of product due to the inconsistent grooves. At first glance they’re a good thickness and quality but you’ll notice the lack of quality control once you begin installation. In fact, despite my hired team completing the project on time, they told me there was some delay due to having to take the pieces apart and retrying other pieces to make them fit and not waste more than they already had to.I brought this to Judy’s attention at Acadian Flooring by email and by voicemail over a few weeks time and never received an acknowledgment or response.I initially really liked this store for its layout, selection and price points but at the end of the day, I could have received better quality products from a different supplier. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I would like to rate negative if possible.Firstly this store gave different quotations to my contractor and myself. I would understand if there is a discount applied to contractor but this time it is actually the other way round. They quoted me a price and 2 days later quoted to my contractor an even higher price. The mid-transparency of pricing makes me concerned about their credibility on doing business.Secondly, this store denied my return request as I had two boxes leftover. It appears that they only acted a salesperson rather than taking care of their clients. As long as cash is paid they would be hands off. They kept saying they did their best by asking the supplier as opposed to try a little bit to negotiate with them. The rule is the rule, which are their words after all.This is really a bad experience for my contractor and myself. We will never recommend anyone going to this store. Good luck!

This is the best flooring place in the city. John is absolutely the best salesperson in the business. Knowledgeable, well informed and not at all pushy.He goes above and beyond in service, allowing me to take all the samples home to see how they work in my space. He gave me the best price on the flooring I selected, and also made sure the wood was delivered the very next day. Renovation can be stressful, but Acadian flooring made at least one part of it easy!!

Best service and installation quality in town.If you are in the store, go and ask for john, tell you him what you need, your budget, anything you care, your concerns. And he will get you covered.And regarding installation, personally i dealt with Kia, again super nice guy, and he really put in the time for quality other than cutting corners.My friend dealt with a different company, 4 Man came and finished the job within 1.5 days. But Then they have call the company to revisit for noises. --- what is the point of rushing it in the beginning?One note:After you selected the sample, Make sure you ask to see the real product ask for at least one or teo box. As sometimes the color from the real product and the sample could be a huge difference - But John took care of it for us.Would definitely recommend to a friend！

We purchased a big condo and wanted to have nice looking flooring. However, there is not much choice of engineer flooring for clicking system. John gave us really good advise and we got what we wanted. We under ordered the product. John managed to get us more in two different times. His service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

John is always great in sharing his expertise, providing recommendations and an experience without any pressure. Once we finalized the kind of flooring Kia came to install. He took his time, was very meticulous and made some great suggestions to save us money. Kia cleaned up everyday, showed up on time and worked late.I wake up every morning loving our floors.
