Kathleen was the perfect Realtor! We originally used a larger Realtor company in Calgary to try help use purchase a home in Redwood Meadows, but that clearly turned out to be a mistake for us.We quickly re-connected with Kathleen and what a huge difference! Well it all started during a blizzard in early Feb, my partner and I had been looking in earnest for a new home and thought we would try a beautiful little acreage in Bragg Creek by the golf course. We'd already been in contact with Kathleen via phone and email, and the enthusiasm and information she provided were wonderfully helpful, plus the fact she was happy to meet us in a massive snowstorm to show us around the house were definitely a bonus. Turns out we fell in love with the house, and Kathleen was so welcoming and happy for us to be a part of the community, as Realtors go we both found her very helpful, professional, and such a warm and outgoing person. Would highly recommend

Kathleen was my realtor in 2019 when I was in the process of purchasing a home from a builder in Cochrane. I really appreciated how personable Kathleen was and her insight helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision. On the downside, I found her to be extremely unreliable when it came to time management and showing up to meetings. I had invited her to come along to a walkthrough with the builder and she showed up 30 minutes late. She had also accepted my invitation to do my final walkthrough on my possession day but she didn’t show up at all. When I emailed her about this she said that she had written the date wrong in her calendar. Once moved in, she said that she had something for me but every time I tried to make plans to meet up, they always fell through. Most recently, I contacted her towards the end of 2020, and was again told that she still intended to catch up with me but I have been in my house for over a year now and have yet to see her follow through on this. Overall, I was thankful to have her insight in the beginning stages but I really wish I had picked a realtor who I could actually trust to show up and keep their word.

Working with Kathleen to sell my house was a fantastic experience. My situation was likely not the norm, I didn't want to sell my home of 18 years. I had no choice and this put me in a not so great state of mind. Kathleen's professionalism, patience and market knowledge made the process so much easier on me. She definitely went over and above my expectations. She never made me feel pressured in taking just any offer as a matter of fact she told me she would work with me for as long as it takes to find an offer I'm comfortable with. She's truly a people person and doesn't make you feel like you're just a commission to her. My house wasn't a million plus dollar home, thus her commission wasn't going to be anywhere near what she would get from her other listings, but she still put in a tremendous effort showing the home and booking showings.Kathleen has exceptional people skills and empathy, she really understood what I was going through and how hard it was for me to sell my home. When my home did sell and all the paperwork was finalized she did something truly remarkable. Most agents when they sell a house they will put sold on the sign on the front lawn to show they have sold the house. Kathleen was so in tune with what I was going through she immediately took down the real estate sign. When I asked her is this something you usually do? She said no but I didn't want you to have to see the sign for the remaining months and weeks you have left in your home. She read my mind! Now for most the sign would be a non issue but for me that was exactly what I was thinking, I didn't want to see it on my front lawn every time I came home.I also used Kathleen to represent me in my search for a new home. The areas I could afford weren't in her territory. She took the time and brought me to multiple surrounding towns to Calgary and showed me multiple homes. When it came down to choosing between a couple of homes I asked her for her advice. I said to her pretend I'm your son, out of these two homes which one would you recommend and why. She gave me her honest advice and told me the pros and con's to both. Actually there wasn't really any con's to the one she would tell her son to purchase. She took resale value among other things into account. I ultimately went with her recommendation and I am very happy with my choice!Thanks for everything Kathleen, if I'm ever in the market for a house again I will definitely give you a call.
