Hôpital vétérinaire Anima-Plus Gatineau

I went there for a small emergency for my puppy, they had no vet on site as she or he was on vacation for a month and even under normal circumstances they wouldn't have seen him.So what's the point of labelling your business Hospital" if they don't take emergcy cases outside of static client list.Extremely misleading

We called in for an emergency appointment and were scheduled 1 hour after our call. Our cat was not doing so well but everyone at the clinic was very nice to us and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable as well as the owners. The team was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to the team for ensure the well being of our cat. A++ service

Our 14yo puppy was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. There are very delicate and helpful.

Our cat was so stressed from her spay and we couldn't get her into her post-op gown they gave her so much love and care and got her into her gown no problem! Sonia & her assistant were so professional & patient with her she was able to remain calm ! Very pleased with their service, it has helped us significantly to make sure she is healing well.

Pricing is better than vets in Ontario, so we were willing to travel a little further to this establishment. Recently,, they we're not able to take us for a kennel cough shot despite the fact that Dasher was being kenneled within 2 weeks and that he had been a patient there for many years. They could only offer an appointment 2 month into the future. We had to go elsewhere.

This place holds honest hard working people that genuinely care for our dog, they are very companionate. They were there for our family in a very difficult time. In memory of our beloved Lucky

Prices have near doubled since the clinic has changed management and most medication they sell i can get online for near half the price. Which is funny since there's usually like 3-4 employees there working after 6 yet there isn't any vet or technicians... so its basically a glorified pet shop after 6 that somehow needs more then 1 employe to function.The robotic message when you call is extremely long and after youve sat through all of it they usually dont answer or return calls in a resonable delay. So youre gona have to sit through it multiple times a day to eventually reach them, i can repeat most of it by heart at this point..

Great service, friendly and attentive staff. Been bringing my dog here for 7 years since she was a puppy. Always had amazing service.
