Seriously need to do better. Communication is pathetic, especially when there is an issue at hand such as funding being provided to someone approved, no money actually recieved, but expect payback and no one answering emails. DO BETTER. I will get a lawyer. I will go to media.

These guys are the worst crooks EVER. They extort people who are in financial hardship and put them further in debt. I borrowed 200$ and am being forced to pay over 1100$ back!!!!! Not sure what the interest would be on that but I'm sure its not legal.

Extremely inconsistent. I've been a good customer of theirs for some time. Always make my payments, etc. But I've never actually needed" the money up until my last two applications. I got very sick and was off work for a month. Fell behind on stuff and actually needed the loan this time. Was turned down flat. Told to reapply after August 19. Did so and was turned down flat again. Like every other financial institution

I applied for a loan and had to chase this lender for an answer. When I initially applied, I was told to supply a number of documents which took a lot of time to do. Then I heard nothing. Then I complained and finally got an Analyst who phoned me and asked me my gender (discrimination). Then he told me he needed a work number but there isn't one in my case, however, all of my pay deposits and salary letter confirmed my employment. Then when I told him I couldn't supply a number he told me other employees from my organization had and he could easily verify them. He insisted on giving me hassle after hassle about a very good job that took me a 5 year security clearance to get. They wasted my time for 3 days and left me high and dry for the weekend. And at the rates they're charging, where you are paying $ 225 in charges on top of the $ 500, I would STRONGLY advise you look elsewhere. They are discriminatory, unresponsive, unethical and obviously OVERCHARGING for their complete harassment of a process. If I could give a negative stars rating, I would.

little disappointed with bc loans, been long time paying customer, as i asked for a deferral as my mother suddenly passed away and i have yet to return to work, i understand there rules when it comes to payments but should be better understanding in these type of circumstances.

That was a complete waste of time. Was declined because apparently my pay schedule is too inconsistent so it would be too hard to set up a payment schedule....lol. I get paid semi- monthly 1st and 16th. Not sure how that would be classified as inconsistent.

I Filled out application as required, on Friday morning. Sent email 6 hours later, No response, just to find out they aren't open on weekends. Do u only respond to customers whom are approved? NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Interest rate is too high and doesn't matter what amount you ask for DC loans just gives you what they want to give you. I get an email that I can reloan for 750.00I applied for 750 and then applied and have a contract for 750.00 but got 600 instead.I won't be reloan from them again

If I could put zero stars I would. I had to call for an update on my file. The person who was on the line stated because my occupation is considered customer service agent I would not be approved because they don’t loan to a person as a customer service agent. They do not go based on your income they go based on your employment title. On their website for the requirements of income of $1200 a month I make double for the month. But she continued to say because my role as a customer service agent I can’t get approved. Maybe you guys should list the type of employment title you guys loan too so people don’t waste their time. Worst experience ever. I’ll never recommend BCLoans to anyone. Anyone reading this make sure to read other reviews don’t waste your time.
