It is absolutely maddening and crazy that there is a fee for online automated services. I ordered tickets through a corporate site with discounted rates that had a $1.50 fee for procuring the tickets - whatever, it allowed for a cheaper rate so I did not put that much thought into it. Then when I went to redeem the tickets I had already paid for - cineplex charged me $1.50 + tax per ticket to redeem!!!Having to pay a redeem fee twice for 0 rendered human service is ridiculous in 2023. This will be the last time I go to a cineplex owned theatre. Everyone is much better off going to landmark who don't participate in price gouging and theft.

Seats recline a bit which I like. This cineplex is definitely nicer than the woodlawn location.

The AVX screen is a bit dim, especially for 3D movies, but otherwise this theater provides a satisfactory movie watching experience. I go about once a month and am always satisfied with the popcorn if not the film itself.

Haven't been to a theatre since before the pandemic started. It was wonderful to be able to see a movie the way it was meant time be seen again. Also, the popcorn is second to none! Why is the popcorn so good at the theater?

Efficient staff, pretty clean theatre. Caught Venom yesterday, Shang-chi today. They're doing their best... unfortunately though the pre-movie ads clearly ask to take your leftovers/garbage with you in view of the pandemic, people do not and just leave then for the cleaners. Too bad they can't be fined.

We recently booked a b-day party for our 12-year old at Galaxy Cinemas Pergola Commons. The party was a great success. The facility is clean and well maintained. Michelle and Emily were super-friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to serve all the food and snacks on time and to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you so much!

I've been to this place multiple times now. Amazing experience. The only thing missing or making me rate it 4 stars is the seats. There is no way to keep the seats reclined. For a short person like me, its hard to reach legs to ground to hold seat in place.

Always a pleasure to watch a movie at this theatre! Always clean, the staff is always friendly, and there popcorn hits different. I am especially impressed with there GM, Monique. She is always professional, friendly, and welcoming.Always a great experience going to the Pregola location.
