Luv a K9 has been so helpful in helping us with our new puppy. Instructions are clear and helpful while playtime lets us see our pup in a protected setting with other dogs as he socializes.

I've taken all of my dogs here for training and keep coming back because it's amazing. All the staff are well educated and fantastic. They make classes a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are doing the obedience training and the staff is amazing and fun! We look forward to our graduation and moving into the next class!

I'm a first-time dog owner, and knew of LAK9 through friends, so I signed up excited for the Puppy Preparation Course. Then continued to sign up for all the other puppy obedience classes and plan to continue with other classes available. I feel confident they're teaching me ways to raise a well-mannered, socialized, dog.LAK9 educates without judgment. There's never shame if my pup hasn't excelled as quickly as the others in the class. It feels like a team, with everyone in class cheering you and your pup on. All the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.And if it's in your budget, do yourself a favor and sign up for the Exclusive Services for walking! Every walker is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about different kinds of dogs' behaviors. Plus, you get pictures and report cards afterward, so I know exactly how my pup was during their care.Overall, this company--these people--have helped me in ways I that I wished I had better words to describe. It's a welcoming environment that I'm honoured my pup and I get to be a part of.

I am so grateful for Luv-A-K9 and everything they have taught me and my dogs. I initially reached out for my two adult dogs after one of them had developed leash aggression from being attacked on leash by an off leash dog. I booked a 1:1 in my home and Candice came and right away was able to provide me insight and practical instruction on how I could help my dogs. I initially booked the 1:1 because I was nervous about going to an adult dog class with a reactive dog but Candice assured me I had nothing to worry about and that they could work with me in class to help her regain her confidence. Since then my adult dogs have completed level 1 and 2 obedience with Candice and Calysta, and our new puppy is working their way through their puppy courses. I wish I had gone to Luv-A-K9 from day one with all my dogs and I can not recommend them enough. Their courses are practical and provide you with skills and knowledge you can apply right away. The instructors are so knowledgeable and have been able to answer any and all of my questions I have ever had. Thank you so much Candice and Calysta, we have enjoyed class with you both so much! Looking forward to continuing with them as my dogs grow!

I do not recommend at all! If your dog isn’t “perfect” by their standards they will put them in a corner, put a wall up around them, isolate them from other puppies and overall not even give them a chance. They are trainers who should know how to work with dogs, not banish and isolate them. All the other dogs were barking too, but our dog had all of these things done to her and was asked to not come back. I have told other dog owners all of this and they were blown away by the treatment. They said they’ve never heard of that happen at any other trainer. They were rude and judged our dog the second we walked through the door. Dogs can feel that and I strongly believe she felt it, which is why she was barking. They also sold us $25 treats because we ran out at a point in the training where we didn’t need treats anymore. Then they handed out sample treats after we had already bought the treats. They should have known the training was over and they were going to be talking for 10 minutes and not just try to make money off of us. I will never step foot in that place ever again.

Luv-A-K9 is a known and trusted establishment I have enrolled all of my treasured puppy's going back several decades. The handlers have always been caring and extremely knowledgeable making the experience for both parent and puppy a great experience. Highly recommended. Enjoy!
