We came to Pur & Simple for the first time today and had a lovely experience.This restaurant truly respects COVID protocols, leaving us feeling safe and valued.The wait time to receive water and coffee was a little long, but the service was so friendly and welcoming!The skillets were absolutely delicious, probably the best I’ve had across multiple restaurants, with the right portions to leave you feeling full and satisfied! All the flavours were so nicely balanced that I’d probably order the same thing again!My only feedback as an eggs Benedict lover is that there’s nothing “pure and simple” about the options available. This is my go-to and sadly each option is meat heavy and the only meatless option is insanely packed with ingredients that it kind of ruins the essence of it. There’s no simple “mushroom and Swiss” or “spinach and cheddar” or “asparagus and cheddar” option.Highly recommend coming here if you haven’t yet! I’ll be coming back with my family for sure!(Last little thing: As a marketer I was always mystified by the logo branding as it reads ‘we sell kitchen faucets’ more than ‘this is a great breakfast spot’)

After trying, lots of breakfast places, decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised. Red velvet pancakes and a cinnamon bun filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheeses. They even cater to the kiddies with colored chocolate chip pancakes. Next time am bringing my granddaughter. Nothing ordinary here. I was hesitant about the whole cinnamon bun thing, but I actually enjoyed it. Their potatoes are my fave of all other breakfast places. Coffee good too. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Kanata location. Love the open concept but a bit loud. No one's fault-just the architecture. Wouldn't change the space. Nice, clean and bright.Food is EXCELLENT!! Proteins cooked perfectly without having to be asked.Substantial amount of food for the price.All staff were friendly and service was great.Lots of variety on the menu.5 of us, all had something different and it was all absolutely delicious! Avocado lox, Reese's pancakes, Gourmet, two eggs, Popular, vanilla iced latte. Best breakfasts ever!Thanks to Casey for impeccable service!!Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

If you're looking for a brunch spot with great service, Pur & Simple won't disappoint. The staff are friendly, attentive, and really made our dining experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food itself was a bit of a letdown. It was like a blockbuster movie with a fantastic trailer that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises.Two of us ordered the eggs Benedict, which is often a staple of brunch menus. But when the dishes arrived, we were disappointed to find that all four poached eggs were overcooked and lacked the expected runny yolk. While the other dishes we tried were decent, the eggs Benedict were a major disappointment and left us feeling like we'd wasted our money.Overall, if you're looking for a brunch spot with great service, Pur & Simple is a good choice. But if you're a fan of eggs Benedict or expect your brunch to be exceptional, you might want to skip this one. It's like a classic car that looks great on the outside but has an engine that just can't keep up.

If you’re looking for a typical breakfast/brunch restaurant, Pur & Simple is the place you should visit. Was a bit disappointed with the huevos rancheros. It was placed on a tortilla with a bottle tasting salsa with sriracha on top. Nothing really special. Would probably not come again.

My partner and I went to pur & simple in Kanata, Ottawa for a special occasion. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in like family. Jamie Bieber went above and beyond was professional, personable, and made a very memorable experience. Our food was spectacular, flavourful, and good size portions. We are highly going to recommend to our family and friends and come back very soon.
