Every time we've gone into this place the staff act as though you're a nuisance. No smiles, unfriendly, completely annoyed that they have a customer. They're always out of whatever you want too, those displays are mostly empty. Consistently let down.

Super slow service and they were staffed. The manager is horrible and doesn't take complaints very well. The road to drive through is horrible in the winter. Better to go to anther Tim Hortons

When somebody orders a TRIPLE TRIPLE it means 3 and 3. 3 cream 3 sugar. Not 2 cream no sugar. Multiple times I've ordered from here and get the same result. I don't want to have to travel across town to a location that knows how to push buttons on a machine just for a coffee.

I was at couter for almost 30 minutes. Employee's was not ready to take the order. Restaurant was not busy at all and still this happened. Finally I left the restaurant without food. I think restaurant is modified but there is no management.

Always sit in line for long periods . My coffee is made wrong 3 out of 5 times a visits. The parking is terrible and drive through always backed onto road.Ordered soup last night .. online.When I got to restaurant their options were only chicken noodle. Although not what I ordered I accept 2 chicken noodle. I get home. There is chicken in this soup but the taste was anything but chicken noodle!This use to be my go to for a quick soup sandwich on busy days. Not anymore! I’m so done wasting $The containers are not even labeled Tim Hortons anymore.

Not sure when it became acceptable to serve your customers food that is burnt? Good thing you got my coffee right so I could atleast wash it down with that. Will never go back to this location! And wouldn't suggest you order any thing that is toasted if you do go to this location.

I honestly can't believe the experience I had. It takes them like 5 minute apparently to pour a coffee and get a donut. That's slow even for north bays laid back lifestyles. However on top of this they see I'm in line and allow a customer to just waltz up when there had clearly been a lineup, as there were 5 people behind me. I walked out. I refuse to bring my service to a place that allows this kind of stuff. The employees there were slow as could be. I am utterly disappointed. I think even a sloth moves faster on occasion.

Food was fast and fresh. Forgot to put my bread in my chili bag, no salt or water pepper even when I asked for extra, the coffee was supposed to have 3 milk 1 sugar and I got no sugar and 2 milk. Like what? How does that even happen.

This place lacks customer service. Looking at a customer and not saying anything, shows they were not trained properly. We aren't mind readers when price at window" then they expect you to still know the price at window and they look at you very incompetently. Customer service involves greeting and on exit. If you're going to hire people that have no customer service experience

Been asking for over 3 weeks for ice caps. Don't go here. Yes it was just renovated but their ice cap machine is still not working. And we check everyday. Before noon and afternoon they never have anything working. Staff here are useless with a manager/owner who dosnt care. Even when they have it made incorrectly probably cause the machine. But atleast buy a new one or the franchise will be reported to the main Tim Hortons branch owner
