Been coming here for 4 years maybe. Love the owner always so kind. Found my new favourite her names MELLY! Would recommend going to see her. I never thought I’d get a relaxing deep tissue massage. Going back next month.

Do NOT book with Daisy! The most painful, terrible massage I’ve ever had. I booked a RELAXING massage, not a deep tissue massage. And it was nothing but pain. I said once to go a bit lighter and she did not listen. she also said to me “people who come to me for relaxation shouldn’t, I always do deep tissue”. Was not relaxing at all, my shoulders and upper back are in so much pain, and I have bruising…. Do not recommend this place unless you want to me in extreme pain, with people who do not respect your wishes.

This was my first time getting a full body massage and Melly did it for me. She did a great job, also being a first timer she gave me feedbacks on how my body can be improved. She provided me some exercises and she made sure if I was feeling better throughout the process. I would highly recommend everyone to book an appointment with MELLY!!

I love going to this massage place because of Melly Nseka. She truly is great. Always felt better after my massage with her. She has a powerful hands! Brought my dad to see her, too.

First off, the massage was good. That wasn’t the issue. The issue is the management and the owner. My car wouldn’t start and then I called them and told them, they then said “we will wait” so i assumed that when I got there they would charge me for a thirty minute massage.. since that’s all I got done, they didn’t explain anything on the phone and then the receptionist charged me for an hour. $130! For 30 minutes, that’s terrible, then the owner said if I sign up for a 6 month membership I will get $20 off my visit today? How is that a deal? Either way, horrible service.. never coming back

Having signed up for the monthly massage was one of the best things I have done for myself. Previous I would only book a massage when I felt “I really need it” and although this was good the monthly time to commit to myself, my physical and mental health with these massages is amazing. I am done with my 12 month commitment but continue to come back monthly because of these benefits. When I started coming I tried different practitioners each time till I found Robby and his style was the right fit for me. Take the time for you and sign up you will not regret it.

I had a membership here for a couple of years. The masseuse I had at first was great, but she unfortunately left. After that, I spent a year plus trying to find a masseuse that I knew what they were doing, which included pushing on my spine instead of the muscle and they seemed unfamiliar with massage techniques. It was month after month of not good to horrible massages, until I got a cupping massage that left my back with 20+ deep bruises that didn't completely go away for 6 months. At this point I finally decided to leave, which is when I found out that they hadn't used the credits I had from a couple of missed months. They didn't tell me, but continued charging me each month rather than using my credits. By this point they had raised their prices so my credits didn't cover my last massage.Their monthly deal" for membership doesn't save you much money compared to many other places. Other than making you take the time to get a massage each month the membership isn't any good. You also can't get your monthly massage at any other locations even though they are part of a chain. I can return something I bought at one Home Depot to another

DO NOT BOOK HERE. They scam you so badly with membership costs, charging your credit card without consent and not fulfilling their promises of pricing. Daisy is an amazing massage therapist but this place is a JOKE.

I don’t even know who was my masseuse. She never bothered to introduce or ask me about me or my pain areas. Finished in 50 minutes for 1 hour massage. And I found their sheets quite stinky, and no hot towel.Horrible experience.
