If you need answers, this is not the place. All you will get is an expesive overvalued bag of keeble with cheap ingredients, the medicine for flees recommended came in a paper bag with print of what it was but not in original packaging to read indications or side effects. These two reasons is what lost me. Turns out our dog is allergic to grass, and there is no need to change dietary habits. Our dog does Barf, and we will continue to look for a clinic or a Vet that best aligns with us in that matter

Always top notch and our pets love all the staff! So knowledgeable of our breeds, too!

A couple of things that stood out. We called in about our cat, who developed a breathing issue quite suddenly. We had not been to this vet yet, but we were treated very professionally on our first call. Took the time to answer our questions, but also asked us important questions on top. It was determined that it was enough of a concern for the vet to ask us to come in right away, and they made room for us. Our visit was professional and caring, and the cost was reasonable as I had asked for x-rays and bloodwork to do our due diligence. We were given a high and low estimate and even when the vet had asked us to leave our buddy there and they observed him for the afternoon, the cost of the estimate and final charge were within reason. My wife and I were quite pleased with the entire situation from first phone call to final resolution.Hank says thank you!

We are very thankful for the care we received when we had to bring our sweet Lila girl in to be put to sleep. From the receptionist who booked the appointment, to the techs, assistants, and Dr. Mike. It was such a heartbreaking decision so it was helpful that everyone was so compassionate. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you guys.

Amazing staff, my animals were treated like gold and the vets were happy to be there and interacting with them. Definitely happy to have found this clinic.

New to Spruce, took my new puppy Daisy to Dr. Bauer. She was extremely thorough and they are always so kind and friendly there. Not too over expensive either! Highly recommend!

I am always so happy with the compassionate care we receive on our visits. Our ole dog is getting older and tears were shed when we were talking about the next steps for him. Thank you for always being so kind.

Let me start by saying that we have been using this clinic for 3 years and been mostly happy overall.In November we brought our dog in for a visit he had to have a day surgery. He is a Covid puppy so other then shots and his stomach pumped twice he just doesn’t go to the vet so yes this is not a comfortable place for him without his people.We received multiple lecturers in regards to that from the doctor. I literally had to phone to see how he was doing as she never followed up as stated , only to be cut off and lectured that he was difficult. 1- he is a happily socialized dog otherwise. He goes everywhere and anywhere and is great. Apparently this doctor missed that Covid happened.2- We are paying and arm and a leg for a service. As a Nurse difficult patients are part of my job description. Pretty sure that also applies here. He is a well loved and taken care of dog. A kind suggestion but once is fine. This was way over the line and this exceeded her actual concern and care for our dog. Was he difficult absolutely I’m sure of it. Could it been handled different absolutely. At the previous office he liked 2 techs and they would just be by his side no drama. He even would hang out with the one lady at the desk (haven’t seen her at the new clinic, sadly seems there is lots of new faces)Also I told the doctor that one medication didn’t agree with him and she told me she didn’t see anything in notes and insisted he take it. Only to find out of course I was right and upon inquiring with another office the amount of pain management prescribed to my dog was way beyond any normal level. We still have tons left! At that point we feel all trust is broken. We will not return which is unfortunate because they are near by and we have 3 pets they treated.

Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I have been bringing my dog since he was a puppy, and they take very good care of us!

So this was my first time going here! Very friendly greeting. Large open welcoming area. I met Jill (Vet) who looked after my new kitten. Finished my visit with a very reasonable bill.Definitely recommend.
