Prices were reasonable and the staff were great.

I went in today with a gift card and tried paying but their machine froze so I went to the till instead and told the lady that. And the gift card said there was nothing on it because I swiped it at the machine. The lady at the till then went to call someone for help and the girl who came over to help was very rude at the start then proceeded to ask me if there was even any money on the gift card I got saying there was no money on it from the start which I got as a gift for my kids. I got upset and didn’t get any of the toys for my kids and my kids were upset. The girl’s name was Tina. I have encountered her at other businesses in the mall before and she was never friendly. I am very upset with how she handled the whole situation and think she is very rude and unprofessional

I love the variety offered here. The kids have a blast each season they get 20.00 and fill up on new crafts and coloring books. It's a great way to entertain your children for a few dollars. I enjoy the variety of crafts that come seasonally. Really fun and easy to complete.

Wow, I was at till yesterday checking out and watched the manager be rude to 2 of her employees because they asked about cleaning? She kept going on well the gentleman was trying to serve me, he said sorry to me multiple times but he shouldn't of apologize to me he did great!! The manager interrupting my process of checking out constantly was just pure rude!Other then that great shopping experience

I just visited this location on December 24, 2022 I witnessed the manager yelling and lecturing employees in-front of customers, belittling them, and treating them like they’re lesser people, this woman should be ashamed of herself and dollarama should seek out a responsible resolution to her employment terms, as no employee should be treated like this any day let alone Christmas Eve, jobs are created everyday and I hope each and every employee who works here seeks out better employment.

Waited at a self checkout machine for ten minutes needing help while three employees watched over an unhoused gentleman like a hawk and wouldnt even look at me while the checkout machine was ringing for assistance. I had to just leave my items at the checkout and walk out. Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I was at your dollar store yesterday and I need a refund on item the manager came up and was super rude to me she got mad at me because her staff didn't show up to work today that's not my fault and she smacked my items I was buying and broke another item so I had to refund a second item I open my stuff today when I open my bag of stuff I noticed more items were broken because of her anger there's no reason you should ever treat a customer bad because of your temper especially if you're a manager she should be talked to by somebody. She should be fired. I feel like I was treated very badly.
