I’ve had other inspectors in the past but none that compare to Ron. He was friendly, punctual and very thorough throughout the inspection, which we appreciated greatly. He explained things to us along the way, and always asked if we understood. He had the report back to us quite quickly which was great.I would use his services again and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a house inspection done.

Ron provided a comprehensive home inspection report once completed. It was detailed with photos to help understand his findings. Ron is a natural profession in this field. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the issues. He helped me priorities the tasks that needed “immediate repairs” vs. “nice to haves”. Five golden stars for Ron because after the service we received, you cannot give Ron anything lower. Ron was on time, extremely personable, followed all the covid protocols and more than anything else, did a fantastic inspection of every nook and cranny.Ron took time - 3hrs, explained to us about what we had in the house, what we can do to improve and maintain the unit. Very reasonale and straightforward. No questions were discouraged, infact, he asked us several times if we had more questions.I would enlist Ron's inspection services with my eyes closed because we got more than what we asked for. He is excellent at his job.
