NOT impressed with the secretaries there ! I was on hold for a long time when finally someone answered , I had questions about changing doctors as my doctor is no longer there , the girl was rude and simply hung up on me , they say tha they do not tolerate verbal abuse form the patients ....However !!!!! they have no respecct for the patients there ! I am disgusted !!!!!!!!!!!

When you call as soon as their lines open and they tell you that they're full for the next 2 days.. you're not very happy or impressed. Plus, they just lost more than half of their doctors. Bless our health system! So frustrating.

Update: Recently the clinic has gotten a lot better. The main issue was the secretaries not answering the phone. Now they answer your call. My doctor is doing a great job as well.My doctor has been on maternity leave for 2-3 years. I don't have a problem with that. I just hoped that they would transfer my file temporarily to another doctor while she's unavailable. But I was only referred to a nurse this whole time. They never transferred my file to another physician. And now they don't accept annual appointments.... How am I supposed to do a blood test? How am I supposed to know if I'm healthy or not? It's impossible to contact them and nobody wants to manage my dossier. It's as if they don't care about your health.If only I could transfer my file to another clinic. But it is not possible with our horrible Health care system.

Do not waste your time to see Dr. JEANNE. She has an attitude of being a doctor. Doctors are to solve their patients problem not to scare them speaking in loud voice.

Les secrétaires sont exceptionnelles, super gentilles et très à l'écoute des patients (es). Elles réussies toujours à nous trouver une place pour un rdv dès qu'il y une annulation. Dr. Beauchemin est une médecin hors de l'ordinaire et c'est grâce à elle que ma santé va bcp mieux maintenant. Bravo à toute votre belle équipe de la clinique !!

Not even worth a one star.Is it not a medical clinic? Should they not have a receptionist that speaks English also?? Let me answer that...Yes!!

Ca fait 2-3 ans que j’ai changé mon médecin de famille pour un médecin a cette clinique. J’ai besoin de plusieurs suivis. En 3 ans jai réussi a avoir UN seul rendez-vous. Les secrétaires sont toujours très bêtes et le service est complètement terrible. Lorsque j’appelle en rendez-vous d’urgence je me fait toujours dire de rappeler le lendemain.. après 1 mois d’appeler a tout les jours, toujours pas de service.Ensuite j’apprends que mon médecin de famille part de son poste et que mon dossier be sera os transférer.Complètement dessus et regret d’être aller a cette clinique.

I'll give two stars because i know the doctors are good here...As for customer service,no way to reach in the daytime to get an appointment,only from 4 pm and weekends it says.So be it...I called nine times after 4 and got the line at 6pm.Only to wait 2:59:59 to get litteraly hung up on... extremely aggravated and deceived.

Had an amazing first time visit to this clinic. Receptionist was super nice and Dre Annie Laforest was just the sweetest, loving dr I’ve ever met! Very ponctuel and took her time to listen to my concerns.Highly recommend!

As a clinic, it is horrible. Very poor customer service by the secretaries- waiting on the phone once for an hour only to be told to call back in two weeks, refusal to speak English or at least pass the phone to someone who speaks English.Honestly if it wasn't for my doctor who works there, Dr Ionita, who is gem, I would definitely not waste my time going there.
