New Venture Coin Laundry, Alterations and Dry Cleaning

Don't bring your dry cleaning here, they outsource and the results aren't good. My shirts came in worse than when I dropped it off (dirtier and some damage) and my wife's jacket had been taken back for the third time to fix an issue. The owner argued that she'll only refund her portion of the costs (ie she makes 40% of the cost the other goes to the actual dry cleaner), we explained that this is her shop and she needs to refund. Finally she agreed to give us our money back, and then said don't come back, which was ironic given it was obvious we wont be repeat customers lol bottom line, go elsewhere for dry cleaning and if you choose to use this service inspect your clothes like a hawk.

Clean, friendly and professional.I have accompanied my partner to other laundromats to do his laundry and after some unpleasant experiences I was hesitant to use any laundromats at all. I needed to wash some large items before moving to a new home, so I decided I'd take the risk so I could use the large machines. I'm glad I did!New Venture was bright and clean, the machines were in good repair and worked well, and the lady working that day was very helpful and attentive. I made a mistake and overloaded a dryer and the lady was gentle and professional when she let me know (thanks! and sorry!).Overall, a great experience.

Today was my first time using a laundromat. At New Venture Laundromat I received a great service from the owners and staff. I brought all the products I need, and I was able to see that I case I forget to bring them, they have products available for sale, the same brands I use at home. The place is extremely clean and organized. I will definitely continue using it!

I used this laundromat for the first time since my closest one closed down. It was so clean and tidy, it appeared that all the machines and dryers were in working order and well maintained. The 2 employees/ owners were so friendly and welcoming.
