Jessie (Jingxin) Sun is amazing! Has helped me immensely with neck/shoulder/lower back pain. Huge difference in a short period of time. Am going regularly for maintenance and it’s well worth it.

I’ve been treated by both Mark and Susan at Wellness on 1st and they’re both remarkably warm, professional and skilled at what they do. It is very apparent that Mark knows the inner workings of the body very well. Susan has healing hands in so many ways. I always leave here feeling better.

Wellness on 1st is a beautiful, peaceful and clean small business. Jessie C. has been my massage therapist for many many years and she is the absolute best! She can incorporate her healing touch practices with your massage and I can guarantee you will feel fabulous after her treatments.

First appointment with Susan Newman and it was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to. Her expertise is obvious and I love her whole body health belief. The acupuncture was gentle and painless and highly effective. My results were immediate and long lasting. Looking forward to my next appointment and the supportive powders I will be getting.

Susan is an excellent acupuncturist. Her bedside manner is professional yet caring. Her ability to isolate the issue and work on it immediately is excellent. I highly recommend Susan for her acupuncture services. That is if you can find an opening I'm her schedule.

I'm new to Wellness on 1st but I've been seeing Lisa for a few years. She and I have great conversations during my massage, but usually I'm a quiet client! Her pressure is great and her knowledge is exactly right for my issues.

I had an amazing massage at Wellness on 1st. Susan is truly a great massage therapist and her hand works magic with the right pressure applied. Thought It was kind to offer a glass of water before and after the massage. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you
