My mother and I first visited Stubbe's on December 3, 2021. We had the pleasure of Katie assisting us in our purchase. Sadly my mother passed away and we had to cancel our order. I have never been so impressed by an individual. Katie's patience and compassion is by far the best I have ever experienced in a retail setting. Katie, thank you again and Stubbe's you now have a client for as long as I reside in Tillsonburg.

We got our couch from here. Lots of selection and great prices. We dealt with Katie and she was great! One of the best customer care experiences we have had. All staff were great!

Bought an oven here last year. Great quality and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.

We unfortunately did not purchase our new kitchen appliances feom Stubbe's, but instead went with a appliance store in London. After installation our Samsung Refrigerator did not function properly. We called Samsung on 3 occasions for warranty repair, and they sent tickets to 3 companies who denied to come as we were outside their area". Some personal research found Stubbe's service although their repair person was on holidays. Belinda (Stubbe's) took it upon herself to call Samsung on our behalf and set up service with another company. Top notch service. Will be doing our shopping here from now on."

Stubbies brand source, is a very beautiful place for purchasing, anything you need for your home they have it all, the showroom is huge and is laid out perfect, the person I talked to was Katie she is very polite and also very helpful and knowledgeable, I was looking for a dishwasher and I found one at a very reasonable price. I also would like to take this time to say that their service man who comes out to check your appliances is very polite and has 20 years background of doing appliances and he is really good at what he does, my advice is this don't take my word for it go and visit Stubby's for all your household needs, the staff is friendly the products our top notch it's our number one household appliances and everything you need in Tillsonburg.

In summary - 4/5 expensive brand name appliances are no longer working and have been replaced by another store. Customer service is terrible. Stubbies does not stand behind the products it sells to assure a positive customer experience.We purchased 5 appliances (fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher) from Stubbies 3 and a half years ago for a large sum of money. It has been nothing but issues from day one. First off, they sold us a dishwasher that was missing parts, so it flooded our kitchen when we turned it on and caused significant damage to our flooring. They couldn’t get the same model to replace it, so we ended up having to pay an additional amount for a different model. The new model was sold to us with a faulty flow meter, so it did not work. They had a service technician come out to repair. It was a month after purchasing the dishwasher before we could actually wash dishes using it. The dishwasher has consistently performed poorly since and did not meet our high expectations given its price point. Then our washing machine starting having issues. We had the service tech out on multiple occasions to repair it, to no avail. They replaced parts and eventually told us we needed to contact the manufacturer and they couldn’t help us further. We continued to have the same problems, but just put up with the fact that the washer sounded like a freight train every time we ran it. After two years, the appliances were past their warranty. The washing machine completely stopped working, so we had to purchase another one. Soon after, our fridges condenser quit. It would cost more than the value of the fridge to replace, so we were forced to purchase another fridge. Last week, our dryer stopped working. All in all, the only appliance we haven’t had severe problems with is our stove, but even then I had to replace one of the valves. In my mind, appliances should last more than 3 years, especially if you are buying them from a brand name supplier. We shopped at stubbies and paid a premium because we believed we would have appliances that lasted closer to 10 years. We couldn’t be more wrong, and stubbies throws their hands up and says we have to contact the manufacturers, refusing to stand behind their products. I would save your money and avoid Stubbies. We have had much better success and customer service from another company.If they were not worth something in scrap, I was ready to drop the four junk appliances on their doorstep. Furious.

We ordered furniture from the showrokm, and were aware that it would take 6 - 8 weeks before delivery. The store is bright, clean and well set up. The sales associate was very friendly and most accommodating. To our delight the furniture was ready before the expected delivery date. Every communication was pleasant and professional. On the day of delivery, our furniture arrived on time and was delivered by two very nice young men. They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. It is often that customers complain about everything that went wrong, however we have no such complaints! We know where we will head when we need more furniture!!!! Thank you for making our shopping adventure so enjoyable.

Elyse assisted me via phone first and was very helpful with what I was looking for. Got my furniture delivered promptly was happy with the fast service as well removed the old furniture for small fee. Friendly delivery service as well.

Furnished an Air n B with them about 8k in furniture, they forgot an item so charged me another delivery fee to bring it.Then bought a 3k mattress for my home, the lady called on a Tues said delievery was set for Thur. I took the day off work called Thur morning to confirm it was coming they said yes. I got the mattress and box spring off my bed and got it outside for them. 4pm sill no delivery so I call to confirm they are still coming. The lady says, yes I see them loading the mattress now they will be right over. 6pm I call again they are closed never got my delivery. Went in the next day to pay my bill and wow did I ever get told off. The lady asked who I spoke with so I told her and she said well that's your fault you should have spoke to the person that sold you the mattress about delivery. It's like but you called me!!! So my next order I did online with another company if you can't provide customer service people will turn to online shopping.The delievery guys are awesome, organized, kind and offer better service then Leons ect. Only good thing here.Just can't get passed the ladies that work on the floor. When I went to purchase the 8k in furniture I had to ask multiple times for a delievery date and they wouldn't give me one they kept saying come back when your ready to buy. It's like is it because Im not here with a man or do I look pour, I had to keep repeating I want to buy this stuff.I also came back to buy a white fireplace a few days after my air n b purchase but they raised the price I guess because it was Oct and the lady would not match the price of it that I had one my phone taken a few days before that. What a joke.
