I went to this branch and Mrs Kaushala Murali who was the Advisor there helped me with opening new bank account. She was so kind and very helpful. The Customer care people created few confusions and since 2 weeks there was no progress, so I decided to visit this Branch. Prior to my visit I called them twice to get confirmation that my appointment was confirmed, on their confirmation only I visited. I felt Mrs Kaushala Murali is very knowledgeable and has very good patience. If you plan to visit this branch please make sure you call and fix the appointment with this Advisor, so that you can have a good experience with this bank and you can save your valuable time as well. I will always be very thankful to her for assisting me.

Jordan and his team goes above and beyond and has been accommodating during 2 of our home purchase. He took the time to explain and provide information on options for financing and alleviated much of our concerns.Every interaction I have had in this branch has been outstanding.We live a fair distance away and still prefer to use this branch for their amazing care for their clients.

I have been to several Meridian branches in GTA and this location by far has the best service!Never a line. Always greeted promptly right when I walked in.I sometimes go out of my way just to make my deposit here!

Cannot believe I wasted ten minutes of my life at a meeting there that accomplished nothing. Shame on me for thinking they might be better than dealing with the bank.
