Update 1:I found Glenn to be one of the most realistic, informative and genuine person during my dipstick interaction. I am told that due to unforeseen circumstances in the office, where one of their key members was hospitalized for more than a month, there was a delay in response.I take his word and since I found Glenn to be knowledgable and honest, I'm changing my reviews to 3 stars. I reserve 5 stars for the time when I work with Glenn, which I'm sure won't be far and well within near future! :)OG:I have been trying to connect with them to send the agreement and put my property on rent/ lease, but I haven't received any revert.I'm not sure if I make a deal, how would they manage as they have been non-responsive throughout. Disappointing.I shall update if anything changes later.

Hiring Pamela and Glenn literally saved my investment property in Brantford, ON. As a new real estate investor I thought I'd manage my duplex to understand how the management side works. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you view life, I was presented with challenges and life lessons with this property. Non paying, non-compliant tenants , tenants that argued amongst each other and banged on each other's ceilings/floors to spite one another, police involvement and threats of physical harm between both sets of tenants, property damage and the list goes on. All in a matter of 3 months! I decided to hire a property manager and My Rental Unit was referred to me through real estate investment channels. Pamela handled my situation with professionalism and fairness. She brought a skill set that is so needed in this industry. She talks to people on a human level always with the intention of helping other people. She understood what my tenants needed and had the knowledge and experience to find the right solutions for everyone. Hiring Pamela and Glenn was the best move I made because it allowed me to focus my time and energy on what matters to me the most and that's my family. Real estate investing is a powerful wealth creating tool, when done correctly, and when surrounded by the right team members.
