Dishonest people. Confirmed the order. Then cancelled it. Called them and they gave me an elaborate excuse how it was open box, then changed it to the person accidentally confirmed the order but the item was not actually found. So yeah hard to believe what they say. I believe it's been given to someone they knew. And then they cancelled my order. Won't be purchasing there again.

Tragically terrible service and incompetent staff.My wife went to go pick up a package that was delivered by DHL. She had gone in around 3:30pm Tuesday April 25, 2023 and was told that the delivery driver hadn't dropped off the package yet (5pm) but she could get her husband (me) to come and pick it up as long as he (me) had his government issued ID with proof of the same address. Pretty standard right? Not for these clowns.They told me I could be her ex and that I needed her ID with me as well, even though the federal government (Canada Post) allows you to do this with even roommates of the same address.A complete waste of time after I waited in line for 15 mins, watching one person work the kiosk for deliveries and 4 other staff sitting around on their phones. Once the useless Tiktok staff influencers finally realized that they are at work, they came over and told me I'm probably her ex. Who says that!? I have the same address.I highly recommend that you go to a different store but knowing Montreal the service is probably terrible at all locations. Waste of my time.

Worse service ever. Friday the the 13th around 2pm-2h25 I went there an required assistance, the girl with red hair seemed too occupied with the guy with frizzy hair who talks like he is high or drunk. They didn't even ONCE ask if I needed help regardless of me waiting at the tech counter. They were talking about their weekend plans. You guys have had so many complaints about the same people yet you do nothing?! Respect your clients or hire a management team that can discipline these employees who seem to be getting paid to do NOTHING.

Went to this bureau en gros today around 10:30 only to be met with rudeness and attitude by one of the girls working the printers. DO BETTER!

Literally one of the worst Bureau En Gros in Montreal. People are nice, but almost no one on the floor.Impossible to ask any questions about articles, so you just wander around hopeless.Came to buy a working table (the model I knew and just needed to pick up) and it took 20 minutes just to find someone to get it from the stock.

Mistakenly chose this location for same day printing services and next day still haven’t gotten an email that my print order is complete (only one item I might add). Then I try to call to see what is happening with the order and one person answers the phone, transfers me to another department that doesn’t pick up. Have called 20 times now, each department doesn’t pick up the phone. Definitely choose a different location!

Rude staff who could care less about their jobs!! Cashier at the front seen texting on her phone rather than greeting customers as they enter. Let’s not even talk about the AWFUL printing centre!! Not enough computers/printers.. People cutting in line to print and nobody to assist you if you need help. I was ignored for what seemed like an eternity while the employees were chatting and joking around with each other. Meanwhile I was being charged by the minute for using their computer. The epitome of disgusting customer service. Congratulations!

Don't be fooled by your confirmation email! Or their own signs!I placed an order for curbside pick up. When I received the confirmation email, it said to call the store number when I arrived.
