This place is amazing, I’ve only got good things to say about it. Mass the owner and my hairdresser is very nice and welcoming. I’m very pleased with my haircut and on top of that the prices are very reasonable!

I used to work here as a receptionist. Mass is an amazing boss: very understanding and always cracking a joke. Not only is he a great boss, but he’s also a very good barber: clients always walk out of the shop happy with their haircut and with a smile on their face. Whether you want to work here or get your hair cut, I wholeheartedly recommend Salon Jacques.

It takes me about 40 to 50min to get to salon jacque from my place, and I still go all the way there for my haircuts. That should tell you how good this place is. Thankfully the drive isn’t too long from work in downtown Ottawa. I recommend Mass, very skilled with haircuts for men and always friendly.

After seeing wonderful reviews on google, I decided to give this place a try. I can say, with confidence, that this barbershop lives up to the reviews on here. I went in for a haircut and a shave and I could not be happier with the results. Mass demonstrated exceptional passion and attention to detail. This was my first time getting a straight razor shave and he made it quite memorable. Be prepared for whiskey woods" (veteran straight razor shavers know what I'm talking about). Overall

Nice time there with Mass. Clean environnent, good music. Mass has good stories. He gave me a great hair cut in just a few minutes. Really professional and efficient.Thanks Mass definitely I'll be back... and get ready 'cause I'm going with my three kids... hahaha.
