Stallion Express

i’ve been with stallion express for a little over 2 years now for their low prices and was super excited to hear about their new branch opening in kitchener! before, i’d been using their drop and go location 5 minutes from the branch, but with the branch, you can also pick up supplies from here that you can order online! the man working at the front was also nice and helpful, giving friendly greetings and letting me know where to place my packages.

The idea is great for this business for small entrepreneurs just getting started.How ever iv been in this game and we ship 70 items a day with ups here In KW, I was looking for some new alternative just in case.So I tried these service.1# I might just enter this market and add real value for small business.# 2 why?The pick up rates for ups they charge is 14.00 vs the 1.35 of free I get with ups or fedex once you call your local agent for your area and negotiate rates.#3 carries are scamming us all.I know the true fees and your most likely paying 3 to 4 times more then you need to.#4 a 15x15x7 box weighing 20lb going to usa in Ohio cost me 76.00 with this service.My rates cost me 18.00 for 1 and 23 for 2 .The more you can ship to 1 address the better folks so get your customers to buy more and offer deals .These scammers will charge you same.rates for each box .. adding cash to there pocket.My argument is this.If these companies support small business they why charge rates that no one in there right mind would pay.This puts the seller in a position to not make.sales and do low value and make no money to scale the business.I'd charge a monthly fee and only add 30% to the rates we get.And add value with training video how to get more sales in your landing pages and check out carts.If you ship small packages then yes this works. Because they charge ok rates since the truck trailer can be stacked to the top with tons of small packages average cost 16.00 for 2 lb. So the same space a 15x15x7for 76.00 box they get 160.00 or more for that space.Pro tipLearn to not take rates at face value do your home work and negotiate fees.They need you and it's time this come to the surface as this is 3rd party services and drop service modal.Very smart modal.

Stallion express has saved me a ton of money, and the only thing better than that, is customer service. Harnoor is great! I bring my young son to drop off packages, and we are always welcomed with a warm smile, a high five, and peace and love. It's become a fun routine to drop off our packages. I've used Stallion for over a year now and will continue to do so. I really hope there's a person like Harnoor at every location.

I am giving 3 start becoz of not friendly entrance, You guys should think customers and try your best to avoid hustles from customers. When our hand is full we are not able to enter inside easily . If we have to go and take parcels couple times from vehicle, You can imagine how difficult it becomes.When you solve entrance/gate problem, absolutely i will give 5 start.Great Service !

Stallion takes way too long. No updates on orders. I really hate Canada Post and all, but at least they update through every transition. These guys do not. At least not for me.

Best Stallion Express I’ve visited. I’ve been using stallion express for about 2 years now because of the amazing prices for shipping. I was driving to Toronto locations from Kitchener even visited the London location a few times but the guy that works at the Kitchener location is super friendly and helpful, normally the staff just looks at me and point to what bucket to put my packages in and doesn’t say anything. Was surprised to me greeted with a smile and a Goodmorning. Amazing service definitely my favourite location and super close to home!
