We just had our cedar fence replaced along our back lane and at the side of our house by North Fence and Yard and were very pleased with the professional job that they did. Carson and his assistant Tom were very polite, personable, and patient with our requests. Whenever we had a question, Carson would get back to us immediately to make sure we fully understood what was being done. They didn’t rush, but took the time to do the work with care and it shows in the quality of the end result. Every piece fits perfectly. When the fence was finished, they cleaned up everything and even spread some grass seed by the fence on the lane. One of the challenges was a huge tree that the fence had to go around. They managed to come up with an effective and attractive solution that included a new wooden retaining wall around the base of the tree. Everything looks great and well worth the cost. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends. Thanks Carson and Tom!

We have just had an awesome backyard fence installed by North Shore Fence and Yard. Carson came up with a plan to build a retaining wall to keep up the garden of the house behind us and then installed a fence he designed on top of this wall.It was a lot of hard work digging up North Shore rocks to install the posts and wall, but Carson and Tom did the job efficiently and we are so pleased with the end result.Carson and Tom are personable, professional hard workers who I would recommend to friends and family. I highly recommend this company. we asked them to remove the old fence and build the new ones. they did the job a week ago. Carson and Tom were amazing. They were on time, fast and did a very good job.I am very impressed by their work ethics. you can really trust them.

Could not be happier with our new fence system. We had a vision and Carson and his team brought it to life in a remarkable way. We have a challenging lot and an ambitious design idea and these guys rose to the challenge and truly hit it out of the park. We wanted a perfect curve to match the sidewalk and a perfectly flat top despite a change in grade from one end to the other. Great communication throughout the project, total respect on site and they managed to keep things so calm and clean. Super happy with the whole experience.

I hired Carson to do a custom replacement of two deck and stair sets. When quoting on the job, he showed up when he said he would and I was pleased to see he was clean-cut and straight-laced. He was also very easy and enjoyable to interact with. He submitted a very professional, competitive and itemized quote quickly through email. I hired him to do the work and it was performed in a timely and thoughtful manner. The work was done to a very high standard or quality and I have had other contractors comment of the quality of the job. So these boys came along to renovate parts of our house...Carson (Johnny)Dylan (Bob)Sterling (Silver)Bayar (Eeyore)Word association was the only way that I could remember their names lol .Well, they drank all my beer, used up all our toilet paper, Coconut (cream Pie), Bobs dog, left a deposit on our lawn,played country and western music on the radio, at which point I thought we were done, and I still have to give them a 10 out of 10 !! Very professional, thorough, great quality and fantastic work. Couldn’t be more pleased!!Just one other problem though...we are going to miss having them around!!If you can book them, do it, but they are very sought after.Thank you guys! We will be calling you in the future...it was a pleasure.

Carson and Tom recently completed a new fence for my neighbour and me. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism from the initial quote through to the completion of the job. They were excellent in every way - communication, work ethic, punctuality, and pride of workmanship. The job also entailed construction of a retaining structure to protect both the fence and an old growth evergreen tree that straddles the property line.
