I had a layered haircut, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The cut was uneven, with some layers being noticeably shorter or longer than others. As a result, the overall look was not smooth or well-blended at all. It's really disappointing that my desired outcome wasn't achieved.

My first and definitely not my last time sitting in Maria‘s chair. It was a pleasure meeting both her and Tony. A warm welcome. Very organized and effortless. I am over the moon with the service and my hair! Strongly recommend Maria for a cut and blow dry.

Maria FIXED my moms botched hair from a bad hairdresser in Windsor. My mom looks 10 years younger and left beaming from ear to ear with how gorgeous her hair turned out. Maria knows exactly what to do, and was so friendly and welcoming. Tony was the sweetest ever! Even went out to get my mom and I a coffee from next door. Maria also transformed my dull virgin dirty blonde hair into a ginger model dream!! My hair has never been healthier and bouncier. We want to drive 4 hours JUST to go back to Maria. Love love love her

Been going here for 10+ years with Tony, Maria and other stylists. I recently had to go to different salon when I lost mobility and it was a total disaster. Thankfully, Tony fixed it up after the fact and had a good laugh at what the salon did to my hair. Never making that mistake again. It’s convenient in the financial district but I would come from out of town to get my haircut here if I had to.

My husband and I have been visiting Maria for a year now. She is so kind and friendly. And I love that she’s so honest and doesn’t try to sell you a service for the sake of it.She always makes time for both of us and gives us the look we want! So glad to have found this place

The Asian lady is a boss.Her haircuts are great, her stories keep you engrossed and her take on Toronto is fab!The owner is a bit old and got shaky hands so really hoping he can take a backseat soon.

This place is excellent, small but traditional and staff knows well about hair styles and all related to this business. Very honest to give advise, not looking for business only the best for your hair and well, always up to you what you want they will do. Maria (proudly and to clarify: she is a latin girl from Ecuador), successfully completed the level education required to do this job properly and professionally. So you will find the right person to treat your hair; her experience is robust by working before in highly demanding hair salon environments; you will notice it at first. Appointment was easy and fast to get in middle of the week. Owner is very pleasant, and I noticed fashionable hairstyles he does for men. I have visited about 10 salons including Montreal, Toronto and NB. Wellington hair salon has been the best by all means! and I will wait to come back to Toronto in 6 months or before to get Maria again, and have my hair cut here. Do not expect coffee, herbal teas or drinks, this strategy from fancy salons is to convince you due to their regular or poor work. You go for what you go and done. You will be happy in Wellington and likely you will come back. Diana!

I got a haircut from Maria here. I made a day of appointment and was seen within the hour. The place is very clean and organized and Maria was wonderful. You can tell that she really knows what she is doing, she not only did exactly what I asked but also made suggestions leading to a haircut I am super happy with!
