In its quest to be quick at the drive through, the patrons that come in to the restaurant are left standing for long periods of time. I also witnessed an interaction between two employee (one working, one off shift) about a brown paper bag. The worker informed john" that it is unacceptable to take or use brown paper bags and that "John" should know better. If you're a supervisor

I'll start by saying that it's New Year's Eve. This location was closing early because of the day. However, when I went through the drive-thru at 4:30, they were out of TimBits and the donuts I asked for. Seriously, how does a Tim's run out of donuts? When I asked the guy at the window he was kinda rude about it saying that they were closing early so of course they were out, and sorry. I have no idea how long they'd been out for but 90 minutes before close seems like a stretch, especially with the line of cars going through. Not the first time they've been out of what I was looking for but this is really too much.

This Tim Hortons relies so much on being fast, that they rarely get the orders correct. It would mean more to customers if they just slowed down a bit and the order was accurate. I dont care how fast it is if its not what i wanted. I always go and order the same thing, today i had to argue about the price as she wanted to charge me 1.94 more for my steeped tea. After all that, when i get to work its a coffee...What a way to start a day.

I decided to go inside Tim Hortons instead of the drive-thru, as I wanted to inquire about the Hockey Card promo. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The cashier brought my to-go order right to my table.I went back up to the counter, and one of the younger workers (who was leaving for the night), noticed I was walking towards the napkins and he immediately went and got some for me. He then saw me struggling to walk back to my table (due to health issues). I was preparing to leave the restaurant, and the same young gentleman offered to help me to my car. He carried my drinks and order to my car and placed them on the passenger seat as I'd asked him to. He would not accept a tip from me. He assured me it was his pleasure to help me. It was so nice to see someone go out of their way to help a customer in need, especially since he was off shift and could have just walked out the door.Kudos to Brendan!! I hope Tim Hortons Emerald Hills realizes how lucky they are to have a caring employee like Brendan working for them. I'll be calling tomorrow to advise them of the amazing assistance I received tonight. I will definitely be back. PS-The pumpkin spice Iced Capp is my new favorite drink!!

Im a regular customer in this restaurant. I was at the drive thru and couldn’t hear him properly so I asked nicely to repeat what he said and he just yelled in an unkindly manner . Then I went to the window and a short Filipino guy was being rude and getting irritated at me in a low yelling tone . He looks like the manager of the place since every time I come in the afternoon he’s yelling and has terrible attitude. This man shouldn’t be doing customer service. Terrible management. Terrible attitude and service

I would say the service is brutal, but we didn't receive any. We stopped for beverages before we hit the highway and were first in line at the till. We waited for over 10 minutes while employees scurried back and forth behind the counter, filling drive-through orders before we finally gave up and left. They definitely saw us, but no one could even be bothered to give us a be with you in a minute.""

I ordered sandwich in a lettuce around or before 9pm today.The staff taking my order was nice but got interrupted by another staff that said I won't make it which is rude. I got to the window the same voice said he won't make it and i couldn't make sense of what he said to me on drive thru. I went to different tim hortons store and they explained to me nicely and said the lettuce is not big enough and offered me an alternative choice. The staff at emerald Dr should be nice and friendly when approaching customers.

went to Tim's I proceeded to order a farmers rap with no with no meat due to me being vegetarian. They then proceeded to put sausage bacon and egg when I really only wanted sausag and the only meat I eat is the ones from God praise that Lord's $#*!Besides that, I am very disappointed with this location service The stunned $#*! $#*! didn't even offer a refund when I walked in

They have 10 people working drive thru just hammering out cars and here I am inside waiting 10 minutes for my order to be taken. It’s been like this for over 5 years.
