Didn’t feel the needle at all. I got dizzy and she asked me to lay down on a bed. It was very accommodating experience.The only down side is:They have two rooms only for the blood work.It’s a busy place, good staff but sounds like no resources has been given to this centre.Huge delays and longest wait time waiting.Around 45 minute wait time.Place is clean, but this is not a place I would come back to if I’m on a rush.

Advice for anyone visiting this location: if you're told that your test is not covered and that you have to pay for it out of pocket, always ask them to double check with another person because they make mistakes but will try to charge you without verifying first.

ZERO RATING!I walked in this morning, not knowing it is by appointment only... I was asked if I had appointment booked, my answer was no, then after minute or two I was told they are all booked for today, receptionist not even looking at the screen!!! At home after only couple of minutes walk I went online, and surprise(!) at least few appointments available to book today... go figure this attitude. So I booked tomorrow afternoon, the same place, read few interesting reviews here, and cancelled my appointment right away. This is my first negative review ever, places like this one should go out of business!

Bad experience. Ladies have no manners, they don’t clearly explain the procedure to follow. Lack of customer service skills, Jessica literally ripped off my BC service card from my hand and when trying to swipe the electronic band of my card in the terminal numerous times, lost her temper and knocked down the pencils container to the floor, I asked her if she was upset about something because she was shaking like crazy, she couldn’t even talk in English. Horrible experience, they don’t wipe boards where patient put their arms down or even the chairs where you sit.

This is the only lab in the Marpole area. It is a smaller location but wait times can be very quick depending on the time of day. They recently have renovated the waiting area. Parking is plentiful on Granville or the side streets. Also it is quite accessible by transit.

I tried to walk in at this location and staff insisted I leave and book an appointment online. So I book an appointment and while I'm sitting here waiting they are processing walk ins and putting them through while I'm waiting still and my appointment time has long come and gone

Staff has a very poor grasp of English and Cantonese. Communication was very difficult and confusing. Her additude made me feel very uncomfortable, like I was a bother by showing up.I recommend a different location if you need similar medical services.
